Comprehensively analyze the prominent restrictive factors of agricultural and rural farmers in the coordinated development process of modernization,industrialization,informatization and urban-rural integration since the reform and opening up.The core of the "three rural" problem is the improvement of farmers’ comprehensive literacy.To a large extent,comprehensive literacy determines the level of farmers’ application of science and technology,the level of farm operation and management,and the cognitive awareness of accepting new things.It is closely related to the development of agriculture and rural areas.The training and education of agricultural talents is the fundamental way to realize agricultural modernization.In the "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 14th five year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goal for 2005",it clearly emphasized the need to improve the scientific,technological,cultural and professional quality of Chinese farmers,and promote the revitalization of modern rural scientific and technological talents.The revitalization proposes to speed up the in-depth cultivation and development of the main body of new modern agricultural production and operation activities such as family farms,improve the professional and socialized service system of modern agricultural production,develop various forms of agricultural operation on an appropriate scale,and realize the realization of small-scale farmers and modern agriculture.organic connection.Therefore,as the most basic agricultural management unit and organizational form of China’s modern agriculture,family farm will surely become an important key factor in continuously improving and promoting the large-scale management level of China’s modern agricultural development.It is more and more important to implement the policy of strengthening agriculture with talents and improve the talent cultivation mechanism of family farm.Based on the pragmatism of solving the problem of blocking points,this paper is focuses on using online networks and offline libraries to consult a large number of literature,conduct field research visits,online screening research,and use literature research methods,investigation and research methods,empirical research methods,case studies Qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to collect data and material cases,trying to find out the root causes of hindering the development of human resources in family farms,as well as the difficulties and obstacles faced by the cultivation of family farm talents in the current economic environment.This paper focuses on exploring the law of the formation of family farm talents,puts forward the model and mechanism suitable for the cultivation of family farm talents in China,and constructs the basic framework of family farm talent cultivation system,so as to answer the question of "who will manage agriculture,how to manage agriculture,how to manage agriculture well,and who will revitalize the countryside",focus on five modules of research.The first module uses the relevant basic concepts and theoretical basis to establish a comparative standard for the cultivation of talents in Chinese and Japanese family farms;The second module focuses on the comparison of the development of family farms between China and Japan.On the basis of a comprehensive literature review and a visit to domestic sample areas,it integrates and analyzes the materials collected in parallel,and obtains the comparison results of the management of family farms between China and Japan;The third module is to summarize the difficulties and challenges of family farm talent cultivation in China,and put forward the core problems that need to be explored and solved in the research.The fourth module compares all aspects of talent cultivation of family farms in China and Japan.Through extensive collection of data,explain each element in detail,and find out the Enlightenment of Japanese family farms to China;The fifth module puts forward the Countermeasures of innovating the talent cultivation methods of family farms in China,hoping to make suggestions for the government to formulate relevant human resources policies and the development of human resources of agricultural enterprises.
