A Study Of Group Work Intervention To Enhance Volunteerism Of Community Volunteers

In recent years,the Party and the government have paid great attention to the development of volunteerism,especially the cultivation and promotion of volunteer spirit.In the report of the 19 th Party Congress,it is clearly pointed out that the work system of voluntary service should be improved and perfected,and the call to promote the spirit of volunteerism should be answered.The volunteer spirit of "dedication,love,mutual assistance and progress" has a leading role in the development of volunteerism in China.At present,China’s volunteer team is getting bigger and bigger,among which community volunteers are the backbone of China’s volunteer service,and the quality of their volunteer service is related to the quality of the whole Chinese volunteer service.However,the rapid development of volunteerism also reveals some problems,namely the emergence of "pseudo" volunteers,who have the identity of volunteers,but they lack knowledge and recognition of volunteerism and volunteer spirit,and have a vague understanding of the nature of volunteerism,which leads to a lack of volunteer spirit,so if we do not intervene in time,it will make Therefore,if we do not intervene in time,community volunteerism will develop negatively.Based on the above background,this study analyzes the relationship between self-interest and altruism from the perspective of Marx’s psychodynamic theory,adopts the interview method and participant observation,and takes volunteers in Q community as the objects of the study.Through further analysis,the reasons for the lack of volunteer spirit can be attributed to the lack of awareness of volunteer spirit,the lack of rational value motivation and the lack of volunteer motivation.In response to the above situation,the study designed seven group activities,which were effective in enhancing volunteers’ volunteer spirit,and further considered the practical paths for enhancing community volunteer spirit under the perspective of self-interest and altruism.Strengthening education and guidance,enhancing practical aspects,and enhancing incentive effects are effective ways to enhance volunteers’ willingness to volunteer and improve their volunteer spirit.However,there are still problems in this study,such as the thin practical link and the lack of continuous change of community volunteer teams.In the future,we should pay more attention to the assistance of multiple parties and carry out activities under the guidance of scientific theories to help the positive development of volunteerism.
