Abstract/Summary:
Objective: This paper takes the daily training of college students specializing in table tennis as the research entry point,and uses the method of functional movement screening to analyze the problems existing in the training of college students and the possible sports risks they may face.It aims to propose targeted solutions for different risk situations,and improve them according to the results of empirical research,hoping to provide some valuable experience for related research.Methods: This paper starts with the method of literature materials,experimental research,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics.Starting with the survey of common sports injuries,through the data of the questionnaire survey,analyze the location,type and scene of common sports injuries among the current college table tennis students.Then,the students are divided into experimental class and control class by experimental method.The experimental class is interspersed with 20-30 minutes of functional training classes in one class,while the control group has normal physical education classes without functional training classes.Classes have the same exercise intensity and measure.After the experiment,the data of the experimental group and the control group were tested in the same way and compared with the original test data.Results: Before the experiment,the scores of the FMS test in the control group and the experimental group were the same,and the P value of each value was greater than 0.05,and there was no statistically significant difference,indicating that the two groups of players had the same foundation and the same degree of injury.However,after 8 weeks of corrective intervention training,the experimental group has significantly improved the scores of various FMS tests after the experiment,while the control group has not changed much,indicating that the corrective program in this paper has a good effect on the injury recovery of college table tennis players..Conclusions:(1)From the injury site,the knee joint,waist and ankle joint are the most easily injured parts of college table tennis players;from the perspective of injury type,most college athletes have experienced joint injury;from the injury scene From the point of view,there are more injuries in training and competition,and more injuries in training are mainly because athletes spend more training time than competition time.(2)From the test results of FMS,it can be known that the overall risk of sports injury is higher for college table tennis students;the flexion of the knee and hip joints have serious movement patterns and poor core stability;the asymmetry is more serious,The shoulders,in particular,are at the highest risk of injury.(3)After 8 weeks of corrective training,except for the straight lunge,there were significant differences between the 7 movement patterns and the pre-experiment test scores,the item scores were significantly improved,the movement quality was improved,and the overall body function was improved,indicating that this scheme To design a program suitable for the physical functional training of college table tennis players.In this regard,the author puts forward the following suggestions:(1)The body of college table tennis players should be kept in a balanced state as much as possible,especially for the shoulders with the greatest risk of injury,athletes should train on the premise of mastering their own physical fitness to improve their physical fitness.(2)The corrective plan for college students should be designed in a targeted manner to improve their comprehensive ability,make up for physical defects,and reduce the risk of sports injuries.At the same time,it should be guided by personal needs and perfect based on individual differences.Training plan;(3)Through regular functional movement screening tests,we should master various physical ability indicators and states,find physical defects and shortcomings in time,and then formulate more reasonable corrective exercises according to the problems reflected in the test results to make up for Physical defects,improve exercise quality.
