Soft baseball and softball are sports that combine competition,entertainment,wisdom and teamwork.It is the enlightenment movement of baseball and softball.Moreover,the development of baseball and softball in primary school can promote the development of school sports and enrich students ’sports and cultural life.Generally,baseball and softball play positive roles in students’ physical and mental health.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method in seven primary schools in Zhengzhou,to investigate the development of soft baseball and softball in 7 primary schools,faculty strength and students’ personnel situation.On this basis,the influencing factors of soft baseball and softball development in Zhengzhou primary schools are summarized.Then we come to the corresponding conclusion and we can offer a proposal to provide a practical reference and theoretical basis for the development of soft baseball and softball in other regions,clarify the athletic value of soft baseball and softball,promote the sustainable development of soft baseball and softball sports in Zhengzhou primary schools.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The baseball training areas are shared with each school‘s large playground,and the equipment is relatively perfect,which can basically meet the needs of teachers and students in the 7 primary school.They have achieved remarkable achievements in all the schools established by sports teams,and achieved excellent results in domestic competitions.2.The professional quality of primary school PE teachers in Zhengzhou is relatively high,which is mainly manifested in their academic level and cognition of soft baseball and softball,but they lack certain scientific research and innovation ability.3.The teaching situation of soft baseball and softball in primary schools in Zhengzhou is relatively ideal.With the in-depth development of school sports.Most teachers are constantly innovating teaching methods to enrich the teaching and training content.4.The motivation of primary school students in Zhengzhou to participate in soft baseball and softball is very diversified and they have a positive attitude towards the development of the project.The majority of them participate in extracurricular sports once a week.They have a good grasp of simple technical movements such as "receiving,passing,running and playing",but there are also some learning and training contradictions in their training processes.5.The current policy environment is conducive to the development of soft baseball and softball in primary schools in Zhengzhou,with a strong sports atmosphere,providing a rich competition platform for students.Combined with the promotion of news and media in this field,the popularization of soft baseball and softball in primary schools in Zhengzhou is very clear in the future.propose:1.The education departments and schools in Zhengzhou should increase the investment of project funds to give students a better sports environment.2.Establish and improve the teacher training mechanism,improve the reward and punishment system,and strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with professional clubs.3.Pay attention to the future development of students and protect their basic rights and interests.4.Improve the competition system and strengthen students’ moral education in the competition process.5.Encourage the participation of social funds,and explore the school-enterprise cooperation mode.6.Do a good job of publicity to let more students and parents pay attention to soft baseball and softball exercises. |
