| Objective: According to the test results of Functional Movement Screen(FMS)and Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA),various functional problems of the upper limbs of physical education college students are summarized.Through the8-week exercise intervention training, the effect of functional training on the dysfunction of the upper limbs of college students was explored, and the theoretical and practical basis for improving the flexibility, stability of the shoulder joint and the scapula, and the stability and control of the glenohumeral humerus were provided. Methods: The research adopts the method of literature data, test method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method.According to the test results of FMS,26 subjects who met the needs of this study were screened for SFMA test.According to the final test results of SFMA,targeted exercise intervention training was formulated for the subjects for a period of 8 weeks. The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to detect the degree of difference between the results of the two test methods before and after exercise intervention.Results:(1)The main functional problems of upper limbs of college students majoring in physical education include: Shoulder girdle joint mobility dysfunction or tissue extensibility dysfunction(dysfunctional 42.3%),isolated glenohumeral or scapular stability and motor control dysfunction(dysfunctional 38.5%),postural and/or shoulder girdle stability and motor control dysfunction(dysfunctional 19.2%).(2)In the rotational stability test of FMS,the final scores were significantly different, but there was no significant difference between the left and right unilateral tests(P>0.05).There were significant differences in other test items and total scores(P<0.05).(3)After exercise intervention: The upper limb movement pattern(2)in SFMA and the two upper limb pain provocation tests showed no functional limitation and pain, indicating that the external rotation, flexion and abduction functions of the shoulder were effectively restored. In the most advanced test of multi-link stretching,DP(limited function and pain)decreased from 11.5% of the total number to 0,and the test results of FP(normal function and pain)subjects decreased by 7.7% compared with those before the intervention. The subjects with FN(normal function and no pain)results on the highest level of the double arm head squat test improved from 53.8% to 96.2%.Overall,there was a significant decrease in functional limitation or pain on the SFMA test after the exercise intervention.Conclusion:(1)The main problems existing in the motor function of the upper limbs of sports college students are "Poor function of shoulder girdle joint mobility or tissue extensibility","Isolated glenohumeral or scapular instability and poor motor control",and "Positive,and/or shoulder girdle stability and motor control"Dysfunction".(2)Using the Functional Movement Screen(FMS)combined with the Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA),the diagnostic evaluation method of body movement function can quickly and accurately find the real cause of sports injury and the cause of motor dysfunction.(3)Through exercise intervention, the correct movement patterns were reshaped, and the FMS test scores of all subjects were improved, the risk of sports injury was significantly reduced, and the SFMA test results also had a good change. |
