| To explore the influence of the Thousand Characters Martial Arts Exercises on the physical health,will quality and learning interest of primary school students.It aims to improve the interest of primary school students in martial arts;improve their physical health;enhance their willpower;and verify the advantages of the fusion system of Chinese classics and martial arts.It lays a theoretical foundation for the widespread promotion of the Thousand Characters Martial Arts Exercises,and promotes the inheritance and development of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Through the method of document materials and interviews with experts,a set of sports intervention programs with the Thousand Character Classic Martial Arts Exercises as the form of exercise was formulated.Using the questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,two natural teaching classes were randomly selected from all the fourth grade teaching classes of the No.1 Experimental Primary School in Yutai County,Jining City.Learn about students’ dates of birth,height,weight,and whether they have had any martial arts background.Students with serious diseases,physical developmental defects,large differences in level and unfit for sports were excluded.According to the requirements of experimental samples,60 students were finally selected as experimental subjects.The screened subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 people each.The experimental group was given thousand-character martial arts exercises,while the control group was given five-step boxing exercises.The frequency of practice was 2 times a week,and the duration of the experiment was 12 weeks.The result is as follows:1.Qianziwen martial arts exercises and five-step boxing routines can enhance the physical health of primary school students aged 9-10.Especially in the improvement of primary school students’ sitting three-dimensional forward bend,rope skipping,sit-ups and vital capacity dimensions,the thousand-character wushu exercises have a more significant effect.However,there is no difference in the improvement of the height,weight,and 50-meter running of 9-10-year-old primary school students between the thousand-character wushu exercises and the five-step boxing routines.2.Thousand-character text martial arts exercises and five-step boxing routines can enhance the willpower of 9-10-year-old pupils to varying degrees.Especially for the improvement of primary school students’ consciousness,independence dimension and total score of will quality,the effect of Qianziwen Wushu exercises is more significant.However,there is no significant difference in the promotion effect of Qianziwen Wushu exercises and five-step boxing routines on the decisiveness and tenacity of 9-10-year-old pupils.3.Thousand-character wushu exercises have a great effect on promoting students’ interest in situational learning(novelty,attention,exploration,pleasure,and overall interest),but they have no effect on the challenge dimension.Through the 12-week exercise intervention experiment,the interestingness of the thousand-character martial arts exercises and the superiority of the integration of Chinese classics and martial arts have been further verified by teaching practice,which has changed the phenomenon that students like martial arts rather than martial arts classes.It makes students like martial arts and martial arts classes,and prefer to practice martial arts. |
