With the popularization and application of "internet plus" technology,information technology has become the main driving force to promote national economic level and social development,and it is also an indispensable part of education.As teachers,we should make full use of modern information tools to organize teaching.On the one hand,it can improve the teaching effect,on the other hand,it aims to achieve the professional development of teachers.Three-dimensional animation can break the unitary form of information expression,and become a visual tool with pictures,texts,sounds and images.It can visualize the learning content,vividly express the logical relationship between phenomena and abstractions,break the limitation of students’ thinking,and guide their thinking to a higher level.The theoretical part of this paper starts from the research background,analyzes the importance of 3D animation in senior high school biology teaching,investigates the current research trends at home and abroad by literature retrieval,collects teaching materials about 3D animation,and analyzes the theoretical basis supporting research.The practice part is to carry out experimental teaching.In order to verify the effect of3 D animation in senior high school biology teaching,we use experimental contrast method to select a control class and two experimental classes,and apply the screened3 D animation to experimental class,theoretical class and popular science class and design corresponding teaching cases.After analyzing the data by statistical analysis,it can be concluded that the application of 3D animation in experimental class and theoretical class can promote the scores of boys and right-brain students better,and the promotion effect of extroversion and introversion students is almost the same.By analyzing the application effect of 3D animation in popular science class,it is concluded that it is more obvious for boys,introverts and right brain students to improve their scores.This proves that 3D animation is an effective teaching tool,which is beneficial to improve the teaching effect.
