| Education is an art of love,and it is also a cause of benevolence and love.Education should be good in its essence,but in today’s rapid development of scientific and technological civilization,education is driven by interests and impacted by utilitarianism.The nature of education is often overlooked,making education activities deviated from the track of goodness.And the wisdom of ethics can help us turn from evil to good and get rid of darkness.Therefore,this study calls for the return of the spirit of ethics,emphasizes the functional value of ethics and ethics,and aims to pay attention to the self-management of primary school teachers’ morality from the perspective of ethical values,so as to awaken the conscious pursuit of "goodness" in teachers’ hearts.Emphasize that the main body of teachers,as the inheritors of human civilization and the "guiders" of students’ growth,consciously practice good moral behavior,improve self-moral cultivation,and be an excellent primary school teacher who has love in his heart and constantly pursues noble virtues.This research first sorts out the ethical value content of truth,goodness and beauty in a general sense from the macro level,and then further focuses on the ethical values that primary school teachers should have based on the background of the new era and the professional characteristics of primary school teachers.Summarize the contemporary content of educational ethics and morality as first,firm ideals and beliefs,and adhere to education loyalty;second,take students as the center and adhere to benevolent education;third,abide by education fairness;Four aspects of the all-round development of students.On this basis,supported by the relevant theories of moral selfdiscipline,following the law of moral practice of informed will and action,155 primary school teachers were selected as the research objects,and the research was carried out in the form of questionnaires and interviews,focusing on their moral cognition,moral emotion,the self-management situation of moral will and moral behavior and its existing problems.Finally,this research proposes that teachers’ moral self-management needs not only the internal motivation of teachers’ self-development,but also the external conditions of society and school management.Among them,the internal motivation means that the self-management of teachers’ morality is inseparable from the selfcultivation of teachers,including improving teachers’ self-moral cognition through learning;Hone teachers’ self-moral will through careful independence;Through introspection,carry on teachers’ self-moral reflection;Through practice,teachers’ moral behavior is promoted.External conditions refer to the self-management of teachers’morality.In addition to teachers’ individual efforts,external conditions such as school and society are also indispensable to teachers’ moral self-management.Schools should strive to create environmental space to promote teachers’ moral consciousness,including perfect teachers’ moral education and training mechanism,perfect teachers’moral evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism;In the social aspect,efforts should be made to create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,including adhering to the correct guidance of public opinion,publicizing outstanding teachers’ deeds,improving teachers’ treatment level and effectively protecting teachers’ rights and interests.In this way,internal and external factors cooperate with each other and work together to help teachers consciously root the content requirements of educational ethical values in the new era in their own educational action and practice,gradually practice the self-discipline behavior of "what is done in the heart,what is done in the hand",and develop lofty moral personality and quality. |
