Abstract/Summary:
In the structure of a physical education class,it is divided into preparation part,basic part and ending part.There is no doubt that preparatory activities are the "prelude" of the whole class and an important part of a class.It directly affects the process and effect of physical education and lays the foundation for the content of the next basic part.With the continuous reform of physical education teaching,the content of preparatory activities is gradually optimized.In order to explore the application effect of functional action preparation in college physical education teaching,so as to enrich teaching methods and update teaching ideas.Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and so on.80 female freshmen in public physical education of South China University of technology were randomly selected as experimental objects and divided into experimental group and control group.The experiments of functional action preparation warming up and traditional preparation warming up once a week for 14 weeks were carried out respectively,and the whole process was tracked and recorded.Before and after the experiment,the standing long jump,50 meter sprint,800 meter run,sitting body flexion,cross quadrant jump and one minute rope skipping of the experimental group and the control group were tested and recorded respectively.The data differences before and after the experiment and the questionnaire feedback of students’ cognition,attitude and evaluation of the two preparatory activities before and after the experiment were compared,so as to demonstrate that compared with traditional preparatory activities,functional action preparation mode is more obvious to improve students’ physical quality,The application effect of kinetic action preparation in physical education teaching is better.Through the analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.All test indexes of the students in the experimental group have been improved to a certain extent.Among them,the indexes of 50 meter sprint,sitting body flexion,cross quadrant jump and one minute rope skipping have been significantly improved after the experiment;The control group has also been improved in all test indexes,and the 50 m sprint and sitting forward flexion have also been significantly improved,but the improvement effect of other test indexes is not obvious after the experiment,which shows that functional movement preparation is feasible for improving students’ physical quality.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in standing long jump and 800 meter run,indicating that there was no significant difference in the effects of the two warm-up modes on students’ lower limb explosiveness and endurance.3.After the training of the control group,the test indexes of 50 meter running and sitting forward flexion were significantly improved,but the range of improvement was not as large as that of the experimental group.4.The improvement effects of standing long jump,50 sprint,800 meter run,sitting forward flexion,cross quadrant jump and one minute rope skipping in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group,indicating that the improvement of students’ explosive power,speed,endurance,flexibility,agility and coordination by functional action preparation is better than traditional preparation activities.5.Compared with the traditional teaching method of preparation activities,the effect of students’ feedback on functional action preparation is better.Not only the physical quality is improved,the content of practice is more closely related to the content of the basic part,the content is richer,more interesting and more targeted,and the students are more interested in sports.
