| Research purpose: as the beginning of physical education,the content of preparation activities directly affects the class effect of the whole physical education class.Based on this,efficient preparation activities can solve how to overcome the boring and monotonous content of traditional preparation activities and achieve the purpose of warm-up.This study mainly focuses on the preparation part of primary school physical education and health class,designs an efficient preparation activity scheme,and carries out a 16 week teaching experiment of efficient preparation activity intervention.According to the relevant indicators of the physical fitness test of grade two students in primary and secondary schools in China,and according to the interviews with relevant experts in the early stage,and according to the opinions put forward in the expert interview,it is determined that sitting forward flexion,50 m running,vital capacity,one minute rope skipping,standing on one foot with eyes closed,height and weight are used as the indicators of the experimental test for processing and analysis.According to the indexes of the control group and the experimental group after the experiment,verify the effectiveness and scientificity of efficient preparation activities,which is conducive to the in-depth research of preparation activities for primary school physical education and health class and the application of practical results.Research methods: interview,literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Research results:1)Through the sit forward flexion test,the students in the experimental group improved greatly through efficient preparation activities,while there was no significant difference in the control group.2)Through the 50 meter running test,the experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.3)The comparison of vital capacity test shows that the students in the experimental group are more obvious in terms of the increase range.The statistical results show that there are great differences between the experimental group and the control group.4)Through the data analysis of one minute rope skipping teaching experiment,it can be found that the data index of one minute rope skipping of students has been greatly improved after the experiment.Research conclusions: 1)trying to use the efficient preparation program at the beginning of physical education in primary schools is a beneficial exploration of the teaching content of physical education preparation from the perspective of stimulating students’ physical fitness,stimulating students’ enthusiasm and mobilizing physical function.2.This paper explains the significance of preparatory activities in physical education,and carries out relevant practical work.2)The content design of efficient preparation activities should set differentiated contents in combination with the characteristics of students’ age and gender,so as to teach students according to their aptitude,improve students’ sports interest,and truly improve students’ sports function level.3)The teaching experiment results of efficient preparation activities show that students’ abilities in balance,flexibility,coordination quality and other aspects have been significantly improved,which shows that the scheme of efficient preparation activities can be adopted in the preparation activities of physical education,and grasping the window period of students’ physical development can effectively promote students’ physical quality.4)After the teaching experiment,except for the three indexes of 50 m,height and weight,the test results showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The indexes of sitting forward flexion,vital capacity,rope skipping and eye closed single leg standing showed a positive promoting effect.5)The experimental results of efficient preparation activity teaching show that in the index test results of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,only the gender difference of sitting forward flexion is obvious,and other indicators do not show significant gender difference.6)The Research Institute designed a set of high-efficiency preparatory activities program for primary school physical education and health class.The empirical research results show that it has a certain effect,which provides a certain reference for this field. |
