Research On The Construction Of Table Tennis Teams In Guangzhou Undergraduate Colleges

School physical education is the foundation of national sports and the embodiment of national quality,while physical quality,moral quality and psychological quality are the main components of national quality.As an important platform for cultivating national high-quality talents,the education of colleges and universities has an unshirkable responsibility.Team building is an important part of school physical education,which is of great significance in showing students’ indomitable spirit and promoting students’ all-round development.However,there are some problems in the table tennis teams of Group A in Guangzhou universities,such as the lack of scientific management.In order to promote the development of table tennis in Guangzhou universities and speed up the reform process of physical education in Guangzhou universities,this paper takes the table tennis teams of Group A in nine universities in Guangzhou University City as the research object,and hopes to improve the team building level of Group A table tennis teams in Guangzhou universities by analyzing the situation of athletes and coaches,the construction of sports teams and the guarantee of logistics conditions.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,expert interview and investigation,SWOT analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a thorough understanding of the learning and training competitions of the athletes of Group A table tennis teams in colleges and universities in Guangzhou,the coaching situation of coaches,school facilities and security,etc.The results are as follows: 1.Group A table tennis teams in colleges and universities in Guangzhou are not motivated to participate in national competitions,but are motivated to participate in college competitions in Guangdong Province;2.The majors of Group A athletes are concentrated in engineering,management and medicine,and the contradiction between learning and training is prominent,lacking the management system for Group A sports teams;3.The titles of coaches in the table tennis team in Group A are reasonable,but there are no coaches of professional athletes retired from national or provincial teams.4.Schools and relevant departments do not pay enough attention to the construction of table tennis teams in Group A;5.The table tennis venues and facilities in colleges and universities in Guangzhou are in good condition,and some colleges and universities still need to improve the quality of floor rubber and table tennis.Combining with the reality of the development of sports teams in Guangzhou,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the construction of table tennis teams in Guangzhou: 1.Defining the positioning of table tennis teams in Group A in Guangzhou,and constantly improving the team construction and management level of table tennis teams in Group A;2.Formulate and improve the management regulations of table tennis teams in Group A,increase the incentive mechanism,and improve the training enthusiasm of table tennis team members and coaches in Group A;3.Improve the overall level of coaches and increase the training opportunities and management system of coaches;4.Schools and relevant departments should pay more attention to table tennis teams in Group A;5.Improve table tennis venues,equipment and facilities and logistics support,and promote the healthy development of table tennis teams in Group A.
