Regional Recruitment Group Management System For Itinerary Planning Of University Enrollment Information Session

At present,our country’s university entrance examination enrollment voluntary delivery adopts multiple parallel voluntary filing modes,which affects the probability of two-way selection between candidates and enrollment units to a certain extent.After the candidates take the university entrance examination,their understanding of the admission institutions mainly depends on the application guide,which leads to great limitations in the candidates’ grasp of the recruitment information.The university entrance examination enrollment and publicity work model tends to be fixed,most of the work relies on manual labor,information and statistics are not comprehensive enough,and the itinerary planning of university enrollment information session is complex and time-consuming,the work efficiency and work experience of enrollment staff are biased.The system designed and implemented in this paper aims to solve the above problems and comprehensively improve the work quality of candidates’ registration and enrollment publicity.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the admissions system and the new changes in the admissions publicity work through in-depth research on the "university entrance examination" system at home and abroad and the strategies of admissions publicity.According to the problems,abstracting the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,then carry out the work of system outline design,system function design and system database design.The system design mainly includes four functional modules: the informative management module summarizes the data information of enrollment and publicity work to reduce the workload of manual data statistics;the information application module enhances the connection between candidates and the enrollment institution,allowing candidates to directly and comprehensively understand the enrollment institution;The informative office module focuses on the personal needs of teachers participating in the admissions publicity work and improves the work experience of teachers;the grouping and itinerary planning module of admissions staff organizes grouping and itinerary planning according to the wishes of teachers,it will simplifies admissions work and improves work efficiency and quality.The system focuses on solving the problem of grouping and itinerary planning of admissions staff in traditional manual management.It generates the global optimal path through the solution of the TSP problem through the ant colony algorithm,and then avoids the time-consuming path to divide the itinerary.Finally,grouping and itinerary assignments which according to the wishes of the offline teachers.The system is developed in the mode of separation of foreground and background.The background system adopts Spring Boot and Mybatis-Plus framework,and the foreground system adopts the combination of Vue and We Chat applet native framework.After testing and deployment,the system can effectively solve the problem that candidates do not have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the admissions universitys when they apply for them.It can optimize the existing enrollment promotion work strategy and improve the work experience of offline teachers,thereby improving the efficiency of enrollment promotion.
