| Football fan organization is a kind of social organization that gathers like-minded fans together through various conditions and carries out various activities focusing on watching football matches.Its main functions are to provide a good and convenient communication platform for fans,build a communication bridge for fans and teams,supervise and manage the behavior of fans,improve the cohesion of fans,and play a role in promoting the development of football cause.Xi ’an has always been known as the "gold medal city",the strong football atmosphere makes Xi ’an has a lot of fan organizations.With the rapid development of professional football in China,the number of fans continues to increase,and the number of fans organizations around the country is also increasing day by day.But it only increased the number of fans,not the development of the fan organization.It will not play the role that fan organizations should play.There are a lot of problems that can arise.Therefore,this study analyzes the existing problems by investigating the development status of each fan organization in Xi ’an.Combine the empirical investigation to find out the solution.Then optimize the fan organizations in Xi ’an.To provide some feasible strategies for the development of fan organizations.This study investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of football fan organizations in Xi ’an through the method of literature,questionnaire survey,field observation,mathematical statistics and visiting investigation.In the research,it mainly analyzes the internal and external management of each fan organization,carries out all kinds of activities,and the relationship between fan organizations.Through these studies,we aim to find out the factors that influence the development of fan organizations in Xi ’an.And give some specific suggestions for different fan organizations.Through the study of the current situation of football fan organizations in Xi ’an,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)There are great differences in the number,age,gender structure,internal management and activities of football fan organizations in Xi ’an;(2)The members of most fan organizations in Xi ’an have a single age and gender structure,and there are great differences among members in various aspects;(3)Most fan organizations in Xi ’an lack relevant departments to identify their identities,and relevant departments do not effectively manage and guide the fan organizations;(4)There are gaps in the internal organization management and the establishment of rules and regulations among the fan organizations;Managers of different fan organizations have different management ability to fan organizations.Managers of different organizations generally lack communication with members of the organization,and members are not active enough to participate in organizational activities.(5)Most fan organizations will use a variety of means to publicize their organizations,but there are problems in the aspects of their propaganda content,diversification of publicity forms,information updating and so on;(6)Most fan organizations neglect the construction of organizational culture and the quality education of their members in the process of development;The communication between each fan organization in Xi ’an and other fan organizations is different,but the general frequency is low and the form is single.(7)Influenced by the epidemic,the development of various fan organizations has been hindered to varying degrees.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of each fan organization in Xi ’an,this paper finds out the factors affecting its development and puts forward the following suggestions :(1)broaden the source of funds of the fan organization,improve the internal structure of the organization,and carry out a variety of organizational activities;The various fan organizations shall combine or merge;(2)Relevant departments carry out all kinds of football activities for fans in Xi’an,set up reward mechanisms,and regularly carry out summary meetings of fan organizations to enrich the age and gender composition of fan organizations in Xi ’an,and give identity recognition to fan organizations that meet the requirements;(3)Improve the member recruitment mechanism,formulate perfect organizational rules and regulations,and conduct quality-oriented education for members regularly;(4)Relevant departments shall train the managers of each organization and provide a platform for the managers of each fan organization to communicate with each other;(5)The fan organizations shall set up relevant departments or special persons to publicize the fan organizations and strengthen the cultural construction of the fan organizations;(6)Strengthen communication and learning among fan organizations,strengthen communication between managers of fan organizations and members of the organization,and enhance members’ participation in activities;(7)During the epidemic period,the organization,management and activities were adjusted in strict accordance with the requirements. |
