The mainstream society regards academic performance as an important standard to measure students,and even posts various labels for students based on academic performance,including labels such as “ poor students ” with negative evaluation tendencies.“ Students with learning disabilities ” internalize the evaluation criteria and related labels of the mainstream society,resulting in negative self-awareness,and thus adversely affecting personal behavior,mental health and interpersonal relationships.This study attempts to use narrative therapy theory for practical intervention,reduce the adverse effects of the label problem of ’ poor students ’,improve the self-awareness of ’ poor students ’,and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of ’ poor students ’.Based on narrative therapy theory,this study investigates the attitudes and cognitions of mainstream public opinion,parents and teachers towards learning,scores and ’ students with learning difficulties ’ through interviews.It is found that the root cause of personal cognitive problems of ’ students with learning difficulties ’ is the excessive emphasis on academic performance in mainstream society.In the process of intervention,the researcher adopts the skills of external dialogue and rewriting dialogue to talk with the client,reviews the growth process of the client,analyzes the root causes and effects of learning difficulties,reviews the positive events in the growth process of the client,and helps the client to re-establish the narrative mode of past stories and establish positive self-cognition.Through summarizing the practical process,this study combs out the universal method of using narrative therapy to intervene in the group of students with learning difficulties.First,in the process of analyzing the formation of individual cognition,with the help of external method to analyze the root causes of the problem,thinking about the influence of the mainstream society on the formation of students ’ self cognition.Second,after clarifying the influence of the narrative style held by the mainstream society on individual self-cognition,it helps the client to choose the appropriate position to deal with the mainstream narrative point of view.Third,the use of multiple perspectives of retelling help the case to extract positive factors to establish selfawareness.Fourthly,the letter is used as both a communication channel with the client and a carrier for recording the transformation of the client. |
