Research On Competition Management System Of Guangdong Youth 3x3 Basketball Championship From The Perspective Of Integration Of Sports And Education

From the first 3x3 basketball match held in Guangdong Province in 1995 to the2018 Jakarta Asian Games,all Guangdong athletes won gold,it can be seen that the3x3 basketball match has been highly valued by Guangdong Province.As early as before the opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of young people was issued,In 2019,the Guangdong Provincial Sports Bureau and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education jointly held the Guangdong Province Youth 3x3 Basketball Championship,jointly providing a unified competition platform for young athletes in the two systems of sports and education.During the three consecutive years,more than 70 schools have set up 347 teams to participate,and the total number of participants is as high as 1554.This article first uses the literature material law,the induction analysis method to ’the sports education fusion ’ and ’ the competition management system ’ correlation research carries on the summary and the concept limits.Then,through interviews with event managers and a questionnaire survey of coaches,this paper describes the development status of competition management system of Guangdong Youth 3x3 Basketball Championship from three aspects of management institutions,competition system and competition operation,and analyzes the problems existing in the perspective of sports and education integration,and summarizes as follows :1.In terms of management institutions,there has been an organizational structure co-organized by sports and education,b ut there is a lack of management of the 3x3 basketball competition on campus,so that schools can form teams at will.2.In terms of the competition system,there is no uniform registration of young athletes in the sports and education systems,showing the confusion of the whole registration process.At the same time,the construction of the competition selection system is incomplete and the competition arrangement is unreasonable.3.In terms of the operation of the competition,the unified organization of sports and education has been achieved,but in fact there is a lack of coordination and co-governance.In terms of the publicity of the competition,the awareness of the continuous publicity of the competition is weak,which affects the commercial development and basic guarantee of the competition.Finally,based on the existing problems,learn from Guangdong Province traditional basketball competition management excellent measures,combined with the new requirements of the integration of integration of sports and education,Guangdong Province youth 3x3 basketball championship competition management system to improve countermeasures,summarized as follows :1.The management organization should strengthen the management of campus3x3 basketball competition,explore th e integration of 3x3 basketball competition in school physical education classroom,regularly carry out 3x3 basketball campus competition,select 3x3 basketball school team,so as to realize education,popularization and entertainment,competitive value.2.The sports system and the education system should unify competition management,integrate competition resources,further improve the rules of competition regulations,simplify the registration process,unify the registration of young athletes in the two systems,rationally arrange competition,and construct competition select ion system by subregional grouping.3.The operation of the competition should strengthen communication and coordination,break the barriers to the integration of sports and education,at the same time,optimize the organizational process,strengthen the continuous publicity of the competition,better develop the youth sports competition market,give full play to social forces,do a good job of competition guarantee,and realize the va lue of the 3x3 competition.
