Research On The Design And Application Of Integral Incentive Mechanism In Network Education

Network education expands the educational opportunities for learners with knowledge needs in social groups,and fully realizes the application value of high-quality educational resources.Influenced by the network teaching factors such as the separation of teaching time and space,the asynchronous interaction between teachers and students,and the complexity of learners,learners show the phenomena of low participation,short learning time and low proportion of active learning behavior in the process of network education,which affects the quality of network education to a certain extent.At the same time,the particularity of the teaching process in network education and the overall function design of network education platform lack a certain attraction to learners,resulting in the lack of incentive consciousness in the network teaching environment and the lack of a mechanism that can meet the incentive needs of network education and learners.Therefore,how to give comprehensive,accurate and timely incentives and feedback to learners in network education,effectively stimulate learners’ learning motivation and participation enthusiasm,and enable learners to obtain better learning effect and learning experience has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of network education.Therefore,the core research question of this study is "how to design an incentive mechanism in network education to effectively improve learners’ learning engagement and learning effect?",It is divided into the following four sub questions:(1)What are the dimensions and indicators of the incentive index system of the incentive mechanism of network education Integral system? How to optimize?(2)How to distribute the integral score of each index item in the incentive index system?(3)How to generate the incentive environment of incentive mechanism?(4)Does the incentive mechanism have a positive impact on learners’ learning engagement and learning effect?In the initial construction stage of the incentive index system of network education Integral system,this paper analyzes the beneficial enlightenment of incentive theory and learning engagement theory to the design of incentive mechanism.Using the method of interview,this paper investigates the teaching mode,learners’ online learning performance and the application status of incentive mechanism in a college of network education,so as to clarify the basic principles of incentive mechanism design.Based on the hierarchical model of E-learning behavior in the learning input analysis framework,the basic dimensions and incentive indicators are preliminarily constructed.In the optimization and improvement stage of the incentive index system,the two rounds of Delphi method is used to collect the modification opinions of experts in the field and iteratively modify the initially constructed incentive index.With the help of analytic hierarchy process,experts are invited again to judge the importance of the basic dimensions and various secondary incentive indicators,so as to calculate the relative weight of each incentive indicator item and determine the integral score,so as to complete the overall design of the integral incentive index system.In the stage of the development of the incentive environment and the verification of the incentive effect of the point system,relying on the support of the technical development team and based on the existing design of the incentive index system of online education in this study,an incentive environment of the incentive mechanism is formed.Through the quasi experimental research method,taking the course of financial management in the College of network education of a university as the experimental course,228 learners in the same learning batch are selected as the experimental objects.According to the principle of average ability,they are divided into113 in the control group and 115 in the experimental group.Through the use of one semester,collect and compare the relevant data of learners’ final examination scores and course general evaluation scores.In addition,combined with the questionnaire survey method,collect the real use,learning investment and satisfaction with the incentive mechanism of the learners in the experimental group,and sort out the experimental research data and questionnaire data.This paper analyzes learners’ objective learning achievements and subjective use feelings,and demonstrates the impact of the application of integral incentive mechanism in online education on learners’ learning investment and learning effect.Following the research ideas of literature research,preliminary construction,iterative correction,weight distribution,development and effect verification,this study explores the following contents: preliminary construction of incentive integral system,iterative improvement of incentive integral system,determination of the relative weight of each incentive integral,development of incentive environment and verification of incentive effect.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the incentive concept of integral system is in line with the application characteristics of network education.Its application realizes the incentive effect of strong operability,easy quantification and sustainability,and breaks the dilemma that the incentive measures in the traditional learning platform are difficult to achieve timely and comprehensive incentive.(2)Optimize the incentive interaction interface and add the incentive interface design in line with learners’ learning characteristics.Based on the mirror image of the network learning platform of a university.By embedding integral excitation module,forming the incentive environment of the integral incentive mechanism of network education.The data interaction between the integral incentive module and the original database is used to give integral rewards to the learning behavior data that meet the incentive requirements in the database.(3)Incentive mechanism has a positive impact on learners’ learning engagement in network education.The study found that learners can regularly apply the network education platform for autonomous learning,which has a positive impact on learners’ learning participation,emotional engagement and learning performance.Therefore,it demonstrates the significance and value of applying incentive mechanism in network education,and provides beneficial enlightenment for the research and practice of incentive mechanism in network education.
