| In recent years,China’s international influence is increasing day by day,more and more non-native Chinese speakers began to learn Chinese as a second language,the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language flourished,and according to surveys,Chinese learners have gradually shown a trend of younger age in recent years,more and more overseas non-native Chinese children have joined the tide of Chinese learning,which shows that the development prospects of Chinese teaching for overseas children are broad and worthy of further study.Chinese characters as an important part of the Chinese language,because of "difficult to read,difficult to recognize,difficult to write,difficult to remember",as if to become the biggest "roadblock" on the road to Chinese learning for most Chinese learners,and compared with adult learners,most of the children’s learners lack of strong learning motivation and lasting self-control,which undoubtedly gives children to learn Chinese characters "worse",greatly increasing the difficulty of overseas children learning Chinese characters,therefore,how to maintain the attention of overseas children while reducing the difficulty of Chinese character learning,It is an urgent problem that we need to solve at present.This paper discusses how to better promote the teaching of Chinese characters from two aspects of the content and way of Chinese character teaching.In terms of the teaching content of Chinese characters,which Chinese characters to teach and which Chinese characters to teach first and then which Chinese characters to teach are the problems we need to discuss.This paper takes overseas children aged 6-15 whose mother tongue is not Chinese as the teaching object and takes the characteristics of the teaching object as the main reference.Special for children from the corpus,YCT vocabulary level outline and their own children needed to merge the childhood in a hierarchical corpus of high-frequency Chinese characters,so as to determine the amount of Chinese characters,and from the common characteristic of the Chinese characters,learnability and characters of selection according to the degree of difficulty level of the total Chinese characters,which determine the classification of Chinese characters for the teaching of Chinese characters table.According to the difficulty level of Chinese character classification,is in the selection of teaching content to follow the law of children’s psychological cognitive development,step by step,can effectively ease the learner’s fear of Chinese characters.On the Chinese character teaching method,how to make as much as possible in the limited time for learners to take more Chinese characters is also a need to solve the problem,because the game teaching method itself has fun and interactivity can create a relaxed and active classroom atmosphere,so this article on the teaching way take most of the children are happy game teaching method,Then the teaching design and practice of graded Chinese characters are carried out,and the conclusion is drawn that it is feasible to apply the game method to graded Chinese characters teaching from the aspects of the learners’ mastery of Chinese characters in class,the retention degree of Chinese characters and the evaluation of classroom teaching effect,hoping to make a contribution to the teaching of Chinese characters as a second language. |
