| Since entering the new century,based on the shortage of teachers in rural basic education and the needs of general education in urban schools,various places have begun to explore the training of general education teachers in primary schools.The state has issued a series of training plans and policies for rural teachers and excellent teachers to respond to the development demands of basic education.As the supply side of basic education,local colleges and universities rely on the public funded normal student project and the special targeted training plan to explore the practice of training primary school general teachers,and have formed a training model of primary school general teachers with local characteristics.The special plan for the training of primary school general teachers in Zhejiang Province relying on targeted teachers has always been an important part of the training plan for excellent teachers in Zhejiang Province.Exploring the model exploration made by Zhejiang Province for the training of primary school general teachers and the specific implementation difficulties of the training model have important theoretical and practical significance for further innovating the training model of primary school general teachers and implementing the training plan for excellent teachers.The interview method and literature method are used to collect interview data,training plan and official website data,form a text database,code and analyze the database,summarize the four core elements of the training mode,and then summarize the training mode of primary school general teachers in Zhejiang Province,which is strong in normal education and pursues excellence.According to the training characteristics of colleges and universities,this paper summarizes three typical patterns of the training mode of general education teachers in primary schools in Zhejiang Province,which are the high standard "3 + 2" mode,the "1 + X" mode of specialty development,and the "2 + 1" mode of liberal Arts and science.According to the level of colleges and universities,three local colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province are selected to investigate and study the training mode of general subject teachers in primary schools.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on general normal students by random sampling method.A total of598 questionnaires were recovered and 530 valid questionnaires were obtained.Secondly,semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 stakeholders.Through the processing of the sample questionnaire data and the discussion of the results in combination with the interview data,it is concluded that due to the lack of training standards,the conflict between general subject training and branch teaching,and the poor coordination among training subjects,the training mode of primary school general subject teachers in Zhejiang Province still has the following problems: first,there is a contradiction between lagging and leading training objectives;Second,the curriculum system is lack of integration;Third,the mobility of teachers is poor;Fourth,the sense of participation of the practice base is not strong.In order to promote the reform of the training mode of primary school general teachers in Zhejiang Province,the following five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,explore the establishment of the training standard of primary school general teachers and formulate the training goal of the integration of adaptability and guidance;Second,build an integrated cluster curriculum system by setting up generative curriculum and problem-oriented theme curriculum;Third,deepen the collaborative training mechanism and give full play to the resonant force of each training subject;Fourth,improve the evaluation mechanism involving multiple subjects and establish a "three-dimensional" whole process dynamic quality evaluation system;Fifth,break through the "traditional set" training and actively explore the "undergraduate and master consistent" excellent training mode. |
