| The training plan of primary school general teachers is an important measure to solve a series of problems in rural primary schools.It is also an urgent need to comply with the development trend of international basic education reform and improve the international competitiveness of China’s basic education.As an important carrier and means of training primary school general teachers,whether the curriculum is scientific or not directly affects the effectiveness and quality of talent training of primary school general teachers.This paper comprehensively uses a variety of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and text analysis to sort out and summarize the typical model of training curriculum for general normal students in primary schools at home and abroad,analyze the current situation and existing problems of training curriculum for general normal students in rural primary schools in Guangxi,and analyze the causes of curriculum problems,This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of the training curriculum of general normal students in rural primary schools in Guangxi.This study believes that the curriculum should be based on the guiding documents for the professional development of primary education,the practical needs of rural primary schools in Guangxi and the theory of curriculum integration.At present,the more typical curriculum models at home and abroad mainly include:Chongqing’s “3 +1" model,Henan’s "double line" model,Hunan’s "practical" model,Hong Kong’s"interdisciplinary" model,Japan’s "clinical" model,Finland’s "research" model and the United States’ s "general" model.This paper analyzes the training objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum credits,curriculum modules and curriculum effectiveness of general normal students in rural primary schools of colleges and universities in Guangxi.It is found that there are some problems in the training of general normal students in Guangxi,such as vague training objectives,lack of standardization of structure,lack of practicability of content,obvious orientation of "discipline standard" in curriculum setting and so on.The root of the problem lies in the negative impact of the thinking set of subject based teaching,the differences in the professional quality of curriculum makers,the lack of "reserve" of teachers and the lack of evaluation standards of curriculum.To optimize the curriculum of general education normal students in primary schools in Guangxi,the focus is to reasonably locate the training objectives of general education teachers in primary schools;Adhere to the principle of in class and out of class accommodation;Establish the value orientation of "accommodation" curriculum;Construct a comprehensive team of teachers to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum implementation;Establish and improve the feedback mechanism of curriculum;Formulate policies to standardize the curriculum.The innovation of this study is:It is the first time to systematically sort out the training curriculum of general normal students in rural primary schools in Guangxi.However,because there is almost no discussion in this field,there are few materials that can provide reference.At the same time,due to the large number of colleges and universities training primary school general normal students in Guangxi,the schools allocated by primary school teachers are also relatively scattered,so there is no way to collect all the data.In the future,we should strengthen the research on the construction of curriculum system for general normal students in rural primary schools. |
