In recent years,under the wave of social development,normal university have carried out a series of teacher education reforms.In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the“Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program”,which pointed out that the training of primary school teachers should be aimed at the actual needs of primary education,and explore the cultivating mode of primary school teachers.“The Teacher Education Promoting Action Plan(2018-2022)” and the “Opinions on Deepening Teacher Education Reform”also pointed out that it is necessary to innovate the teacher education model,promote the reform of the teacher training mode,implement the excellent teacher training program to train future outstanding teachers,and improve the comprehensive training mode for primary and kindergarten teachers.Comprehensive primary school teachers are not only a popular and common mode in the world,but also become the trend and vane of the future primary school teachers training mode in China gradually.The training of general-school teachers is the product of the development of the times,but it needs to be at the forefront of development under the premise of relying on the development of the times.It can not only be satisfied with the lack of teachers in rural areas,but also should be consistent with the concept of comprehensive development of people,following the requirements of the integration of the primary school curriculum,having a new understanding and orientation of the comprehensive primary school teachers in a new context.Comprehensive primary school teachers are not the teachers who can teach all subjects in primary school in a simple sense,but a kind of development of idea.Under the drive of this idea,primary school teachers can hold people-oriented thinking,focus on developing students' overall literacy,and cultivate various abilities and independent ability on solving problems.Primary education is no longer an isolated relationship between discipline and discipline,but a fusion of knowledge and knowledge.Under this integration,students' overall thinking and overall awareness are developed.Then it also needs comprehensive primary school teachers to have extensive basic knowledge,mature curriculum integration ability,lofty professional ethics,and scientific class management strategy.This study gives comprehensive primary school teachers a new connotation with the summarizes the definitions of the general practitioners on the basis of a number of scholars,analyzes the value of the comprehensive primary school teachers,and uses for the foreign mature teacher training system.Through using of the methods of document analysis and interview,this paper studies the current situation of the three normal universities which carry out the major of comprehensive primary school teachers in China,putting forward the problems of recruitmentmethods,curriculum structure,course content,teaching methods,and length of schooling,and come up with solving strategies such as expanding enrollment standards,reshaping the curriculum structure,updating course content,strengthening educational practice,and adjusting the teaching staff,etc,and optimize the shortcomings of the traditional training mode,build a training mechanism for comprehensive primary school teachers that meets the needs of primary education under the new curriculum reform,and improve the quality and professionalization of comprehensive primary school teachers.In general,the comprehensive primary school teachers are conforming to the current educational philosophy and the development of the times,and the training has always been developed in a more mature and more systematic direction with a positive and open-minded attitude.On the basis of the joint efforts of teachers and students in normal universities,the support of external environment is also particularly important.The educational departments must improve laws and regulations to formulate uniform norms and standards in the knowledge and skills of the training of comprehensive primary school teachers both internal and external,in order to ensure that the training process for comprehensive primary school teachers is well-documented and carried out smoothly.
