| Since the 21 st century,the study of rural teachers in China has been flourishing,which has made great achievements in both horizontal and vertical dimensions.However,what is the current situation and development of Rural Teacher Research in China? How to understand the change of the theme of the Research Field of rural teachers? How to find out the development direction of its future research subject? Therefore,based on the development of rural teachers’ practice and the need of rural teachers’ meta-research,this paper carries out meta-research on the theme evolution of Rural Teachers’ research in China from 2000 to 2020.In this study,1383 papers of CSSCI from 2000 to 2020 of CNKI were selected as the research object,and the “Key words”were extracted,and 1350 valid key words were obtained by using Excel,it then uses the Cite Space visualization software for statistical analysis and in-depth documentation,the theme is divided into six major areas: rural teacher system and Policy Guarantee,rural teacher professional development,rural teacher survival status,rural teacher types,rural teacher pre-training,rural teacher post-training.Each domain contains 3-4 topics,21 topics in total.By means of the combination of quantitative and qualitative research,this paper tries to find the trend of the evolution of the theme of the research on rural teachers,makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of some themes,and tries to find the development context of the key themes in the research on rural teachers,it provides the reference for the future related research.The research findings are as follows:(1)research on rural teacher allocation and complementary mechanism: considering both “Equity”and “Efficiency”of education,paying attention to “Balanced development”as a driving force,from “Quality Promotion”to“Teacher Balance”;(2)Rural Teacher Personnel Management Policy Research: The establishment research from “City”to “Urban-rural integration”,the management research from “Guarantee”to “Incentive”;(3)the study of Rural Teachers’ Professional Development: from “Single accomplishment”to “Overall accomplishment”,and“Professional belief”becomes the focus of the study;(4)the study of rural teachers’ living conditions: from “Material”environment to “Spiritual”environment,from “Urban dualism”to “Local care”;(5)research on rural teacher training: First,“Extension”to“Connotation Upgrading”;second,from “Online”to “Offline”to “Mixed”.Based on the above findings,the following suggestions are put forward for future research on rural teachers: to enrich the research value orientation of rural teacher allocation;to optimize the research on rural teachers’ Personnel Management Mechanism;We will deepen the independent study of rural teacher culture and strengthen the study of rural teacher training. |
