In school education,teachers undertake the important task of cultivating talents,and the level of their education and teaching is related to the success or failure of education.In the classroom field,teachers’ teaching competence is an important factor affecting teachers’ education and teaching,and one of the necessary conditions to improve the quality of classroom teaching.With the proposal of the new curriculum goal of subject core literacy,teachers’ classroom teaching must be changed from knowledge-based to literacy-based,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching competences.In order to achieve the curriculum goal of subject core literacy,teachers should continuously improve their own teaching competences,which are conducive to promoting teachers’ professional development,improving the quality of classroom teaching,and fostering students’ core literacy.So,what is teachers’ teaching competence? At present,what barriers are teachers’ teaching competences facing? How to improve the teaching competences of teachers?In this paper,through literature research,relevant literature is collected,sorted out and analyzed to redefine the connotation of teachers’ teaching competence,which contains at least three implications: one is to re-examine the subject status of students’ learning,that is,to understand students’ subjectivity and highlight the subject status of students’ learning;the second is to grasp the knowledge literacy of the subject deeply;the third is to construct the literacy class of teaching positively,including the design of teachers’ literacy objectives,the resolution of problems in teachers’ teaching activities and the achievement orientation of teachers’ teaching evaluation.However,through reading relevant literature and interviews,teachers’ teaching competence is still faced with some obstacles in reality,mainly manifested as: left and right swing:the “imbalance” of students’ learning dominant status;separate: the “separation” of subject knowledge and literacy;sticking to old rules: the “absence” of literacy class of teachers’ teaching.Among them,the shortcomings of the current classroom teaching are mainly manifested as the solidification of three-dimensional objectives and the lack of flexibility in the design of teaching objectives;imparting fragmentary knowledge and the lack of integrity in teaching activities as well as rigid evaluation of results and the lack of effectiveness about implementation of teaching evaluation.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching competences of teachers,teachers should at least do the following things: first,respecting the subject status of students and highlighting the subject value of students,that is,breaking through the “standard answer” thinking,absorbing students’ learning life experience and creating an atmosphere of equal dialogue,respecting the subject status of students’ learning;second,digging the meaning of discipline education and practicing the core literacy of subject,that is,grasping the essence of discipline knowledge education and carefully organizing discipline knowledge;thirdly,establishing the literacy class of teaching and carrying out literacy evaluation of teaching.Among them,in the literacy teaching,teachers should strengthen the consciousness of literacy goal and design hierarchical teaching goals;refine the significance of unit theme and carry out overall teaching activities as well as improve teachers’ competences of evaluation and lift self-evaluation ability.
