Research On The Safety Problems And Emergency Rescue Plan Of Cross-country Running Events In China From The Perspective Of Public Safety

With all kinds of sports events widely held in China,the security risk of sports events has become a crucial issue.Proper analysis of safety problems in sports events and the implementation of corresponding emergency rescue plan are the key to realize the safe development of sports events.Effective identification and analysis of safety risk indicators in sports events is the basis for the safe development of sports events.Our country large-scale sports event risk of public safety in escalating,cross-country race event in China’s emergency contingency plans to study,not only can expand the contingency plan in cross-country race events corresponding categories of the study of the theory,and it can further enrich our country in the large-scale sports event operation for all kinds of emergencies take corresponding results of the theory of public safety.It is helpful to further improve the level of large-scale sports events in China and reduce security risks.In order to realize the benign development of China’s sports events under the background of public security,it has very important theoretical significance and corresponding practical application value for further integrating with international large-scale sports events.Based on cross-country race events in recent years in our country is increasing,but the event accident,emergency rescue measures and to be as the research background,for our country large-scale sports event to public safety management theory,event risk theory as the theoretical basis,with large sports event risk index of the emergency and contingency plan as the key object of study,Research methods such as literature,questionnaire and expert interview were used.Through further research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)With the rapid development of the competition,safety problems occur frequently.In the process of the rapid development of sports events,people’s lack of awareness of public safety has led to a series of safety accidents.(2)Competition market chaos,lack of experience in holding.The imperfect admission system of relevant events leads to a mixed market and difficult to guarantee the quality of events.(3)Loose supervision and negligence of relevant departments.In the safety supervision of the event,there is a lack of clear safety management department of the event,and related functions overlap,leading to the decrease of the safety factor of the event.(4)Lack of cognitive ability and special plans.Related events lack special emergency plans and experience in dealing with major safety accidents,which makes it difficult to minimize related losses after safety accidents occur.(5)Risk identification is missing and index level is vague.The ability to identify relevant safety risk indicators before the event is insufficient.After research and analysis,this paper summarizes relevant risk indicators of cross-country running events,including 7 first-level key indicators,16 second-level important indicators and 53 third-level objective indicators.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward for the corresponding problems :(1)to improve public safety awareness and strengthen the publicity of safety knowledge;(2)Improve the competition access system and strictly review the competition threshold;(3)Strengthen the supervision of events to ensure the quality of events;(4)Improve the cognitive ability of the event and develop special emergency plans;(5)Improve risk identification ability and clarify risk indicator system.
