| In the process of the reform of the new college entrance examination,in order to better adapt to the needs of the new college entrance examination system reform,educational environment change in the new period,also in order to promote the development of education theory,better cultivate modern scientific talents,it is necessary to study the education and teaching methods and modes that are in line with the characteristics of students’ thinking development and conducive to cultivating students’ discipline literacy.The teaching mode of "thinking guidance" is a relatively new teaching mode based on the theory of thinking guidance,which mainly improves students’ internal driving force of learning through three steps such as setting learning goals,realizing path planning and the design and application of key problems.The main work in the early stage of this study is to sort out the literature,read the theory of thinking guidance and the teaching design based on the theory of thinking guidance,define concepts and determine the teaching design process;then,the author conducts interviews and surveys of young teachers in the internship school,sorts out and analyzes the problems and demands of young teachers in the teaching design,so as to plan and design the components of teaching design;finally,conducts teaching practice according to the teaching design process.In this study,taking “Metal Materials ” and “Molecular Crystal” as examples for teaching design and practical application,through the after-class questionnaire detection and analysis,it can be found that the teaching design based on the thinking guidance mode can mobilize students’ independent learning ability,as well as improve the preparation and teaching ability of young teachers.Innovation:1.It puts forward a modular teaching design method which is conducive to the learning and application of young teachers;2.It expands the time and space dimensions of teaching,and deepens the influence on students;3.It can promote the integration of "teaching,learning,evaluation" and meet the requirements of homework design under the background of "double reduction" policy. |
