As the carrier of school sports,sports skills are always the mainstream of sports teaching,Which can make great contributions for the all-round development of students.It is an important performance of the national sports career as well.By mastering and using sports skills,students can strengthen physical fitness,improve sports competence and foster the formation of lifelong physical exercise consciousness.In the last few years,bureau of education has established the education idea of“health first”to reinforce the school sports work,promote students to learn one or two sports skills,form a new situation of the development of school sports,is somewhat effective,but the Luhe district grade 5-6students grasp the sports skill effect is not ideal,which makes person can’t help questioning on school sports.By using those ways that literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigate,logical analysis and mathematical to research the teaching dilemma and path optimization of 5-6 grade students’ sports skills in Luhe District,Nanjing city,this study obtained results as follows :1.The current situation of sports skills teaching for grade 5-6students in Luhe district,Nanjing :(1)physical education teachers have insufficient cognition of sports skills teaching,and the number of students giving priority to sports skills learning objectives is small;(2)The proportion of male and female PE teachers is not balanced,and the physical quality of students in grade 5-6 needs to be improved urgently;(3)Most teachers choose the teaching content according to the teaching objectives,and only a small number of teachers arrange the teaching content independently,so they do not consider the interests,hobbies and physical and mental development characteristics of students;(4)In the selection of sports skills teaching items,most teachers choose track and field events,and few teachers choose small ball games,martial arts,gymnastics,emerging events;(5)There existing a great difference between teachers and students in the selection of organizational form form sports skills teaching.The class teaching system is selected by most teachers,while more students prefer male and female teaching in separate classes.(6)Sufficient hardware facilities and PE class hours are the foundation for students to master sports skills,but the situation of occupied PE class and insufficient hardware facilities affects the teaching of sports skills;(7)The PE and extra-curricular sports activities are the main way for most students to master sports skills,and there are a small number of students in the big break activities and other ways;(8)Students have learned 2-3 sports on average,but they have mastered far less than this,and their learning status of motor skills is not ideal.2.Problems in the teaching of motor skills for grade 5-6 students in Luhe district,Nanjing :(1)lack of teachers’ cognition of motor skills teaching;(2)The arrangement of teaching content of motor skills lacks rationality;(3)Lack of diversity in the selection of sports skills teaching projects;(4)Single organizational form of motor skill teaching;(5)Insufficient teaching hardware facilities;(6)The teaching load and depth are not enough.3.Optimization of sports skills teaching path for grade 5-6 students in Nanjing Luhe district :(1)To build a sports skills teaching management system with school characteristics;(2)To create a sports skill content system with regional characteristics;(3)To create a form system of sports skills with diverse characteristics;(4)Build a sports skill evaluation system with multiple characteristics;(5)Build a resource system with sufficient and rich sports skills.
