In the current new era of "unprecedented changes in the world in a hundred years" and "great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",China’s school sports are facing a critical period of deeper education reform and comprehensive victory.The healthy growth and physical strength of China’s young generation have become an important goal for China to achieve "healthy China","cultural power","sports power" and "education power".In the context of "Morality Education",education and inheritance is an important way of martial arts inheritance.According to the growth and development and personality characteristics of junior high school students,combined with the high educational value and social value of Chinese martial arts itself,the introduction of traditional martial arts projects in secondary school physical education examination project can not only carry forward excellent traditional culture and follow the requirements of cultural power,but also enhance the physique of young people,respond to the call of sports power,and is a perfect interpretation of the education power.In this case,Jiaozuo City has introduced Taichi into the content of the secondary school physical education examination Project,so as to better inherit and carry forward the excellent local traditional culture,which is unique compared with the unified sports examination projects in other regions.Therefore,this paper conducts a study on the Taichi project of Jiaozuo City,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the current situation of the Jiaozuo City secondary school physical education examination Taichi Project,as well as the understanding of junior high school students,teachers and parents in Jiaozuo City on the Taichi Project,from which the real situation of the Jiaozuo City secondary school physical education examination Taichi Project is found,and the shortcomings are analyzed.Comparing the impact of the reform of Jiaozuo City in 2024 on the Taichi project,it provides a reference for studying the development path of the Taichi project in the Jiaozuo City secondary school physical education examination,and is of practical significance for further publicizing the Taichi culture,improving the Jiaozuo City secondary school physical education examination System,and promoting the development of traditional sports projects in secondary school physical education examination.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)With the increasing value of secondary school physical education examination in Jiaozuo,physical education is getting more and more attention,but the fixed value of taichi items has led to a decline in its status in secondary school physical education examination.(2)Jiaozuo City junior high school students,parents and physical education teachers are generally positive about the inclusion of taichi in the secondary school physical education examination,but students in the practice process,taichi teaching hours can not be guaranteed,giving rise to the industry of "taichi extracurricular coaching classes";during the examination,the candidates are prone to tension,resulting in abnormal performance;after the examination,there is a "test is finished and discarded" situation,which reflects that there are some problems in the implementation of the taichi examination system of jiaozuo city secondary school physical education examination.(3)The inclusion of Taichi in Jiaozuo’s secondary school physical education examination has had the following positive effects: enriching the teaching content and promoting students’ all-round development;driving extra-curricular exercise and relieving students’ learning pressure;reducing class occupancy and enhancing students’ physical fitness;driving parents to practice and promoting national fitness;and promoting the inheritance and development of traditional culture.(4)The following problems exist in Jiaozuo’s secondary school physical education examination,Taichi: fixed test content,single test content,unreasonable scoring criteria,and single test mode.(5)Countermeasures are proposed according to the problems in the examination of the Taichi item in the secondary school physical education examination in Jiaozuo: increasing the assessment of theoretical knowledge,developing students’ correct knowledge of the Taichi examination,improving the marking criteria of the Taichi item,and improving the examination mode and curriculum system. |
