| National security is an important guarantee for the smooth development of a country in all aspects,and the higher the level of security of a country,the better it can guard the core interests of the country.In the current complex and changing international situation,China’s national security is also facing a series of challenges and threats,so it is especially important to carry out education on the overall national security concept in the whole society.In order to better carry out education on the overall national security concept and effectively integrate it into the national education system to ensure that national security education is put into practice and achieves good results,in 2018,the Ministry of Education officially issued the statutory document "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening National Security Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges",which requires the integration of national security education into the current education system.In 2020,the Ministry of Education also issued the "National Security Education in Universities,Schools and Colleges Guidance Outline on National Security Education for Universities,Schools and Colleges",which provides guiding recommendations for the development of education on the overall national security concept in various school segments.High school is a critical period in the formation of students’ worldview,outlook on life and values.Education on the overall national security concept at the high school level is conducive to enhancing students’ national identity and political identity,cultivating their national security awareness,patriotic feelings and sense of belonging,and making them effectively assume the responsibility and obligation to safeguard national security.To strengthen the overall national security concept education for high school students,we must give full play to the role of the main channel of high school ideology and politics classes,and organically combine the theoretical teaching and practical activities of ideology and politics classes with the overall national security concept education.In this way,it can not only enhance high school students’ national security awareness,make them systematically master theoretical knowledge of national security,and improve their ability to safeguard national security,but also help cultivate high school students’ core literacy in ideology and politics subjects and promote the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education in high school ideology and politics classes.Therefore,the research in this paper is of great importance both in theory and practice.Through the survey,it is found that the current high school ideology and politics class to strengthen the overall national security concept education in practice has achieved some obvious results,such as high school students already have certain theoretical knowledge of national security,the attitude and emotion of safeguarding national security is also more positive and active,and has certain behavioral ability to safeguard national security.However,there are also some real problems that cannot be ignored in strengthening the overall national security education in high school ideology and politics classes,mainly:high school students’ cognitive and behavioral ability to maintain national security is insufficient;the teaching method of the overall national security education is relatively single;the evaluation system of the overall national security education is not perfect;the teaching resources of the overall national security education are not enough;the construction of the overall national security education The construction of campus culture is not effective enough,etc.In response to these problems in the high school ideology and politics class to strengthen the overall national security concept education,practical and effective measures must be taken to enhance the practical effect of the high school ideology and politics class to strengthen the overall national security concept education.Specifically,it is necessary to: improve students’ cognitive level and behavioral ability to maintain national security;comprehensively use a variety of teaching methods for overall national security education;improve the evaluation system of overall national security education;deeply explore the teaching resources of overall national security education in many aspects;and actively carry out the construction of campus culture for overall national security education. |
