| At the school ideological and political theory symposium,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward six requirements for the quality of teachers in the ideological and political science class,that is,the politics should be strong,the feelings should be profound,the thinking should be new,the vision should be broad,the self-discipline should be strict,and the personality should be correct,which provided a basic basis for the construction of the teacher team of the ideological and political science class.Only with the support of their educational sentiment can the teachers of the ideological and political fulfill their responsibilities,fulfill the mission of common prosperity entrusted by the Party and the people,and cultivate new people worthy of great responsibility.Therefore,it is very important to improve the educational sentiment of senior high school ideological and political teachers for the implementation of the goal of moral education.The sentiments of high school ideological and political teachers have their deep ideological roots.The Marxist theory on the all-round development of man has laid a theoretical cornerstone for enhancing the feelings of teachers of high school ideological and political.In addition,the emphasis on benevolence and the people in China’s excellent traditional culture has provided theoretical support for enhancing the sentiments of high school ideological and political teachers.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the teachers of the ideological and political class should have the sentiments of preaching,the home,the country,and the benevolence,which made it clear that the teachers of the ideological and political class are the key subjects in creating a classroom with temperature.The scientific connotation of the feelings of teachers in the high school ideological and political class should be born from time to time,which is embodied in:Love for the country,care for the people,and concern for society;Theoretical beliefs,occupation sentiments,professional sentiments;Affection for students,care for yourself,fraternity,etc.On the basis of understanding the connotation,it is necessary to understand the self-restraint of high school ideological and political teachers and improve their own educational sentiment.It is not only the goal of reform and innovation of high school ideological and political courses and the need to lead the all-round development of high school students,but also the obligation of high school ideological and political teachers.This requires high school ideological and political teachers to grasp the requirements of society,giving good ideological and political lessons,casting soul and cultivating new people.Through questionnaires and interviews,the current situation of the development of the educational feelings of teachers in the high school ideological and political class is analyzed.On the whole,teachers’ educational sentiment has achieved great results in the process of development,which are embodied in:stricter barriers to entry,the growth of young teachers,the strong feeling of home and country,stronger professional standards.However,there are also some problems that cannot be ignored,such as the lack of depth of teachers’ learning,the lack of timely response to students’ demands,the lack of professional happiness,and the lack of institutional identity.Then the reasons for its problems are analyzed.In view of the problems and causes that arise in the process of enhancing teachers educational sentiments,specific strategies are proposed on how to enhance the educational sentiments of high school ideological and political teachers as a direction: firstly,develop themselves,including strengthen theoretical learning,pay attention to the times and take the initiative to innovate.Secondly,care for students.Benevolence and kindness should be cultivated,life education should be highlighted,moral education should be put in the classroom,and moral benchmark should be set.Thirdly,care for teachers.Improve the social status,reduce the burden appropriately,pay attention to the physical and mental health of teachers,and promote respect for teachers and education.Finally,improve the educational system.Establish a collaborative education mechanism,improve the teacher training mechanism,and improve the assessment and incentive system. |
