| Retired military cadres are heroes of national defense and military modernization.The management of military retired service is directly related to the implementation of the political and living benefits of the majority of retired military cadres,social stability and national defense security,which is of great significance.However,with the continuous improvement of China’s overall economic level and the increasingly diversified needs of retired military cadres,the traditional closed and single military service management mode is no longer suitable for the new situation of military service management.Social work has become a better choice to improve military service management because of its unique professional concept Driven by the Department of Veterans Affairs,the participation of social work in military retirement service management has become one of the work actively explored by military retirement service management institutions all over the country.However,the exploration and management of social work in different regions are not the same,resulting in the slow development of social work and the lack of policy participation.Focusing on the theme of social work participating in military rest service management,this thesis focuses on the working mode and improvement suggestions,collects data by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and field interview,analyzes the "military rest home+ University" mode in Jiujiang military rest institutions belonging to underdeveloped areas,and combs out that this mode has the function of linkage with colleges and universities The government leads and adapts to the characteristics of military retirement institutions in underdeveloped areas,and this model can make up for the limitations caused by the lack of support policies,the scarcity of local social work institutions and the shortage of funds.However,at the same time,there are also strong administrative color,vague boundary,lack of professionalism,single content,low enthusiasm of military retirement institutions,vague results and difficult to evaluate objectively,Short service cycle and poor sustainability,and put forward suggestions on setting up special posts or departments,cooperating with professional social work institutions,building internal and external talent teams,issuing capital and talent security policies,improving evaluation and supervision mechanism,establishing standardized processes,and doing a good job in service handover. |
