Under the traditional education method promoted by us now,no matter schools,teachers and parents,they begin to pay more and more attention to students’ academic performance,and the overall physical condition of teenagers begins to go downhill slowly.The emergence of this trend has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.More and more people not only value the cultural level of primary and secondary school students,but also begin to pay more attention to their physical quality.People pay enough attention to the development of physical education,but also began to be interested in the term of sports homework,and discuss how to carry out sports homework more efficiently.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the help and benefit of sports homework for junior middle school students,make up for the lack of sports homework in school sports,and provide help for teachers to design sports homework in the future.This thesis uses literature method,scale survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and other research methods,to Dongping County experimental middle school eighth grade 90 students as the experimental object,the middle school sports homework design and experimental research.The following conclusions are drawn: First,sports homework can effectively help students improve their physical quality;Second,assigning PE homework related to classroom content can help students improve their skills more effectively;Third,assigning PE homework can help students improve their interest in learning;4.There were significant differences between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 in post-test physical fitness scores and physical education learning interest scale scores,which showed that PE homework content was different,but both brought improvement to students in many aspects.5.Parents of the experimental group were satisfied with the PE homework.In view of the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Second,the homework content should fit the teaching content;Three,the homework content should be diverse and conform to the actual life;Four,the assignment should be targeted;Five,pay attention to the action details in the homework.
