Education is the foundation of the Centennial plan.The level of teachers determines the quality of education.Teachers are the key factor in the development of education.As an excellent representative of teachers,their development has attracted much attention.Teachers’ professional development runs through the whole career of teachers.Teachers acquire professional knowledge and skills through continuous learning to achieve self-development.For rural teachers,actively seeking professional development is the inevitable choice to grow into an excellent teacher.An excellent teacher plays an important role in promoting the development of rural education.Through the interpretation of the professional growth process of senior Chinese teachers in rural junior middle schools,this thesis explores what ways can promote teachers’ development,so as to obtain thinking and enlightenment,and provide reference for the professional development of more rural teachers.The main body of this thesis is divided into three chapters: the first chapter presents the narrative of teacher FA Hongxue’s professional development,focuses on the process of his professional development from four stages,analyzes his classroom records,and evaluates him from multiple angles;The second chapter analyzes teacher FA Hong Xue’s teaching ideas and methods,mainly expounds the innovative teaching methods such as "chain main question" teaching design and "scale composition" based on the teaching idea of "interesting Chinese";The third chapter summarizes the Enlightenment of teacher FA Hongxue’s professional development,mainly from two aspects: self-education and external support,in which self-education is the core factor to promote teachers’ professional development.Using the method of narrative research,this thesis selects a special grade Chinese teacher in rural junior middle school as the research object,makes a narrative inquiry into his growth experience,observes in the real teaching situation,expounds the teaching methods and teaching ideas of the research object,and then summarizes the professional growth path of how the research object grows from an ordinary rural teacher to a special grade teacher.After a detailed understanding of the professional development experience of the research object,this thesis analyzes its professional development mechanism from both internal and external aspects,and puts forward the Enlightenment of rural special grade teachers to the growth of other teachers.The most key factor is teachers’ self-education and teachers’ individual efforts to promote the continuous improvement of their professional level.Each development stage is a transformation.As a narrative research,it aims to explore the universal growth strategy of teachers’ professional development from the development process of teacher FA Hongxue,hoping to provide reference experience for the professional development of more rural Chinese teachers and seek educational significance.
