| Learning and receiving national defense education has become the responsibility and obligation of every citizen.The National Defense Education Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that national defense education will be incorporated into the curriculum of primary and secondary schools,and The National Defense Education Outline requires elementary school to implement national defense education through various forms of fun and educational activities.As a new form of innovative school education,study tours can leverage the chances of curriculum reform and all-round education to integrate national defense education into it.It can not only enhance students’ national defense concept and patriotic consciousness,feel the power of national defense science and technology,but also broaden their vision and enhance their practical ability in "practice".This study first interprets the theoretical basis and principles of the curriculum development of primary school defense education research travel as well as the relevant policies of the state and Shandong province on research travel.Secondly,based on the school perspective,combined with the curriculum standards and textbook content of related disciplines,the development objectives and content of the primary school defense education research travel course are analyzed.Thirdly,from the perspective of outside school,the resources and bases of national defense education in 16 prefecty-level cities in Shandong province are classified and systematically integrated,and the current situation,existing problems and causes of development of national defense education research travel curriculum in primary schools in Shandong province are clarified by investigation method and case analysis method.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the current investigation,curriculum development research is carried out with Taylor’s curriculum development principle as the theoretical support.The research finds that Shandong province has abundant resources of national defense education base,but there are still many problems in the development of national defense education curriculum in primary schools,for example,the curriculum objectives are vague and lack of pertinence;loose and poor curriculum content,lack of internal and external cohesion;the implementation of the curriculum is a mere formality,lacking of education;the curriculum evaluation system is not complete and lacks scientific evaluation mechanism.In view of the problems in the above investigation,this paper puts forward the strategies of developing the research travel curriculum of primary national defense education from four aspects: curriculum objective design,curriculum content selection,curriculum implementation strategy and curriculum evaluation method.And from the school-place cooperation mechanism,security guarantee mechanism and quality guarantee mechanism to guarantee the smooth development of primary school defense education research travel courses. |
