"IAAF kids athletics"which are jointly launched by the IAAF and the German Athletic Federation are to meet current teaching and the need for physical and mental development of children. Based on physiological and psychological development of children's regulations, basic forms of investment such as walking, running, jumping,throwing and the basic requirements of the track and field, adding some movement of factors and the formation of a new form of movement, it hopes to introduce the basic Knowledge and skill of track and fields to the children, try to turn the passion, competition, and entertainment into the sport, ensure to develop competitive sports in a stable and sustainable circumstance.At last, it will improve the health of overall adolescent. The current teaching methods of the track and field that are used mostly evolves from the sports training method .It can be also deemed as a approach that looks at "training"as the target and means . This teaching method does not take into account from the student'perspective to get a comprehensive consideration, such as differences in the existence of physical condition of each student, learning interest and the physical quality.It will lead to the conflict betweem teaching methods and actual situation. A number of factors such as based on the technology- teaching, unilaterally pursuitting the teaching tasks, teaching means in a single respect, ignoring the interest of students in active learning make the students in the class is difficult to get happy and successful experience. The status that the class of track and filed have in the minds of students is difficult value Considerable as itself.IAAF kids athletics overall include Children Kids Athletics standard equipment, including children's fun, Practical Guide to Children's Fun Track and Field, Children's Fun Track and Field, children interesting track and field instructor training, children's fun track and field sports, children's fun school track and field and experimental research, teaching communication and Cooperation, etc. The project covers three groups of running, jumping and throwing activities ,and for the age group differences of the children and adolescents, Set the 7-8 years old,9-10 years old and 11-12 years old in three different age groups, according to each age group the body, physiological characteristics and quality characteristics of the sensitive to set different sports program in order to better meet the needs of young children's physical and mental development. The project combines the features of its own and is more focused on stimulating student interest in active participation.This project according to their developmental characteristics of children is organizing activities with sections ,completing the activities in team , better adapting to their needs and easier to narrow the emotional distance between the track and field and chirdern. By studying the IAAF Kids Athletics'feasibility of carrying out and promotion in Shandong Province , promote the reform of the track and field teaching and stimulate more young people come to the track and field project.This can build a good basis for the sustainable development of the track and field in Shandong Province.This article uses the literature material method,questionnaire, interview method,mathematical statistics method, and logical induction pupils to make an investigation about present situation of participating the physical activities in the shandong province, development situation of shandong elementary school physical education on track and field course, development situation of the IAAF kids athletics in experimental school .And used the swot analysis, the paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat that the development of IAAF kids athletics bring in shandong province.The comprehensive concludes that the IAAF kids athletics is not suitable for young children at developing situation in competitive athletics. It has an important significance and developed prospect. The concept of the IAAF kids athletics can meet both the new curriculum reform and cultural requirements of the shandong province campus. Its promotion accord the reform of shandong province in PE curriculum .It has higher feasibility and promotion in the elementary school development on the physical education and health course. But the factors such as high instrument cost, difficulty textbooks getting and low propaganda affect its promotion in shandong province. |
