Patriotism is the essence of Chinese culture,the centripetal force that binds the Chinese nation together,and the indispensable spiritual driving force for China to embark on its great rejuvenation.But with the development of science and technology and economic globalization,in the character’s personality formation stage of primary school children can sometimes be difficult to resist the temptation of online games,and even blindly following foreign festivals,and less concerned about their families and society around the practical work,especially less on national political events,lead to their home countries weak consciousness and feelings.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical urgency to train students’ feelings of family and country.Ancient poetry is not only an important carrier of Excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also an important course resource and starting point to train pupils’ feelings of family and country.Compile for universal use version of primary school Chinese textbook increased excellent modern to 129 articles,including performance and the feelings topic about half of the elementary school in modern teaching and cultivate students’ home countries feelings present situation how,what problems,how to better in the modern teaching to cultivate elementary student’s home country feelings,is the very important topic worth studying.This study through the literature method,text analysis,the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview method,access to the home and the feelings to the development of the status quo of modern teaching of primary school,combed and summarized the current primary school modern home countries’ feelings in teaching to cultivate the following problems: the modern teaching methods lay particular stress on back translation,students home feelings cognitive deficiencies;The teaching content of ancient poetry neglects the appreciation of literature,and the students lack of deep exploration of the feelings of home and country;The teaching process of ancient poetry neglects interest stimulation,and the students do not pay enough attention to the feelings of home and country;The teaching evaluation of ancient poetry emphasizes cognitive learning,and the students lack of understanding and practice of the feelings of home and country.Through in-depth analysis,it is concluded that the reasons for the above problems are as follows: the teachers’ weak concept of cultivating the feelings of family and country in the teaching of ancient poetry;Teachers are not enough to explore the content of family and country feelings contained in ancient poems;Teachers lack of methods to cultivate the feelings of family and country in the teaching of ancient poetry;Teachers cultivate their national conditions in the teaching of ancient.
