Education informatization is an important means to promote education equity and improve education quality.As the main position of practice and exploration in educational informatization,smart classroom also affects the performance of opportunity to learn in class when reconstructing the teaching environment and integrating teaching resources.Therefore,to understand the performance of opportunity to learn in chemistry smart classroom and to promote the deep development of smart education,this paper implemented evaluation and research of the smart classroom from the perspective of education equity,selected high school chemistry smart classroom as the research object,and constructed a measurement index system to evaluate the opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom.Taking CIPP evaluation mode as the basic theory,combined with literature research,policy analysis and expert opinions,this research constructed the measurement index system of opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom,and on this basis,the corresponding scale was developed to research the current situation of opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom.This research is roughly divided into five parts,mainly as follows:The first part is a literature review.Through literature research,we can understand the current research situation of smart classroom and opportunity to learn,and combined with the requirements of relevant policies,the purpose and the value of the opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom were also clarified.The second part is the construction of the measurement index system for opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom.First of all,through the theoretical analysis of CIPP evaluation mode,the research formed the measurement index system of opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom;then the measurement index system was revised with interview method,Delphi method and questionnaire method;finally,based on the hierarchical analysis method,Yaahp software,we can obtain the measurement model of opportunity to learn and expression in high school chemistry smart classroom.The third part is the design of the questionnaire for opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom.According to the measurement model of opportunity to learn in high school chemistry smart classroom,the questionnaire was prepared in this research.To prove that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,we performed the reliability and validity analysis of the pretest volume by using SPSS26.0,and then the result was that the questionnaire can be used empirical research.At the same time,to ensure the science of the scale,Rasch model was used to conduct the second round of pretest on the scale.According to the results of the overall quality parameters for the questionnaire,the single dimensionality test of the measurement scale and the probability curve map,it can be further confirmed that the scale had a high level of reliability and validity.The fourth part is the application of the measurement index system for opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom.Using a questionnaire based on the measurement model of 712 high school students,the results showed that the overall performance level of students for opportunity to learn was ordinary in high school chemistry smart classroom;the performance of different levels students for opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom was significant different in all dimensions;the performance of different grade students for opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom was only significant different in the teaching environment dimension;the performance of different gender students for opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom was only significant different in the teaching benefit evaluation dimension.The fifth part is the suggestions for improving the opportunity to learn in the high school chemistry smart classroom.According to the research conclusion,from school,teachers and students,this paper offered corresponding suggestions to improve the implementation level of high school chemistry smart classroom teaching and opportunity to learn:(1)School level: they should improve the configuration level of smart classroom to ensure the acquisition of opportunity to learn for material resources,and develop the teaching concept training of smart classroom to render the learning atmosphere of smart education.(2)Teacher level: they should improve the teaching application ability of information technology to give students more opportunities to participate in classroom activities,choose appropriate ways to feedback students’ classroom behavior,and promote the improvement of development for opportunity to learn.(3)Student level: they should actively understand the learning concept in the smart environment,enhance the confidence of the smart learning,participate in the relevant training for the functions and the using methods of the smart terminal equipment,and improve the operation level of the smart terminal equipment.
