The "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan " for Education Development" The training goal of secondary vocational colleges is "to cultivate talents with more perfect professional ability and various skills that meet the modern requirements of China".The "14th Five-Year Plan" calls for deepening the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise cooperation,aiming at enhancing educational adaptability and improving technical skills,and improving the modern vocational education system and talent training methods,so as to effectively meet development needs.Although the education reform is advancing in an orderly manner and the level of students is constantly improving,the current teaching methods still need to be enriched and improved,and more practice and innovation need to be made.Methods: Under the guidance of the educational concept at the current stage,a variety of teaching methods are flexibly adopted for different teaching contents and teaching objects,so as to improve students’ professional knowledge and ability,and at the same time master inquiry methods.Apply the problem-oriented teaching method to the "Hotel Service and Management" course in secondary vocational schools,further optimize and enrich the teaching methods,give full play to the advantages of the problem-oriented teaching method,design teaching plans,and apply them to the actual teaching process to give full play to the students.Subject status,this research proves that the problem-oriented teaching method can be effectively applied to the teaching process of secondary vocational school through the analysis of learning attitude and achievement data.This research explores the teaching implementation method of problem-oriented teaching method by using problem-oriented teaching in the course of hotel service and management.Research the problems found in the teaching experiment process,and after implementing the problem-oriented teaching method,the students’ analysis of the learning attitude,learning performance and learning ability of the hotel management and service courses.The effect analysis of the teaching method in this study is to use the pre-test and post-test comparison of students’ performance after the lecture to prove the effectiveness of the problem-based teaching method on students’ performance.The results of the research show that,through a one-semester problem-oriented teaching experiment,the results of the experimental class are significantly different from those of the control class,indicating that this teaching method is conducive to improving students’ scores.The students’ learning attitude has also been improved.Among them,the attitude of cooperation and mutual assistance,the motivation to learn,the attitude of solving problems independently,and the self-confidence in the learning process are higher than those of the control class.Explain that the problem-oriented teaching method has a positive effect in the discipline of hotel service and management.
