| As an important part of the teaching staff of primary and secondary schools,the psychological state and behavior of physical education teachers will have a particularly obvious impact on the development of primary and secondary education.The concept of burnout has been sought after in the field of education since it was proposed by the American Freudenberger in the 1980 s,and a large number of research results show that the phenomenon of teacher burnout is one of the important factors affecting the current quality of education.The 2018 "Blue Book of Basic Education in Jiangxi Province" report shows that there is still a lot of room for efforts in the development of basic education in Jiangxi Province,and there is still a big gap with the education level of more developed cities such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang in China,and it is far from the expectations of the government and the people,one of the important reasons is due to the deviation of the society for physical education teachers,the organizational environment is not as close as possible,and the professional quality of physical education teachers is not high enough.Therefore,the investigation and study of the psychological and behavioral burnout of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang Provides certain reference value for the management and construction of the physical education teacher team of primary and secondary schools in Nanchang.The causes of physical education teachers’ burnout in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang were investigated,by investigating the psychological and behavioral burnout of 136 physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang,using research methods such as literature,mathematical and statistical methods,and questionnaire survey.As a result of the investigation and research,it was learned that.1.on the whole,Nanchang primary and secondary school physical education teacher burnout is not too serious,in the three dimensions of psychological burnout,psychological burnout concentrated in the low personal sense of achievement dimension,while emotional exhaustion and depersonalization is lighter,in general,in the psychological burnout and behavioral burnout are low.2.Gender,age,marital status,teaching age,professional title,educational background,class hours,and annual income of physical education teachers will cause significant differences in their burnout dimensions.3.The influencing factors of occupational burnout of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang include social factors,organizational factors,and personal factors.Different influencing factors have significant differences in one or more burnout dimensions.According to the survey results,the following countermeasures can be taken to reduce the problem of burnout: re-understand physical education teachers and correctly understand the work of physical education teachers;provide a good working environment and improve the assessment system;teachers are good at listening and self-improvement. |
