Job burnout is one of the important topics in the area of mental health,high-risk groups of teacher's job burnout,job burnout of teachers' physical and mental health have a severe negative impact,will affect the healthy development of the education.How to alleviate and eliminate teacher burnout is an important topic in education department.Subjective well-being is an important measure of mental health and also an important reference for the government to pursue national welfare.As an important member of the teachers' team,PE teachers in primary and secondary schools carry the burden of education,and physical and mental health development of PE teachers is crucial to the development of education.It is of great practical significance to investigate the characteristics of occupational burnout of physical education teachers and their relationship with subjective well-being,which is of great significance to alleviate the burnout and enhance the subjective well-being of PE teachers.Therefore,in primary and secondary school physical education teachers as the research object of this study,the shenzhen survey of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,explore shenzhen P.E.teachers' job burnout characteristics and relationship with subjective well-being,the results showed that:(1)there is no serious job burnout among PE teachers in primary and middle schools in shenzhen.In the three dimensions of job burnout,PE teachers have low personal achievement.The demographic analysis of occupational burnout of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in shenzhen found that unmarried PE teachers were higher than married PE teachers in low personal achievement.Teachers in charge of teacher education are higher than non-class teachers in deindividuation,low personal achievement and job burnout.The personal achievement of physical education teachers between the ages of 31 and 40 is higher than that of sports teachers aged 18 to 25;The physical education teachers with the doctoral degree are higher in the total score and lower personal achievement than the master,undergraduate and junior college physical education teachers.(2)The subjective well-being of PE teachers in shenzhen primary and middleschools is better.The three dimensions of subjective well-being were the most positive.Shenzhen P.E.teachers' subjective well-being of the population statistical analysis found that the three dimensions of subjective well-being,significant differences only negative emotion,specific show: male teachers is higher than female teachers;Unmarried teachers are higher than married teachers;The head teacher is higher than the non-class teacher;Teachers between the ages of 51 and 60 are teachers aged between 18 and 25,26 to 30,and 31 to 40 years old.(3)the three dimensions of job burnout are significantly related to the three dimensions of subjective well-being,and the correlation coefficient is moderately high;Emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement in the occupational burnout dimension have predictive effects on subjective well-being.
