With the rapid development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in the connotation and form of labor.Although the application of artificial intelligence,electronic products makes people’s life more convenient,it also makes people more and more away from physical labor,especially primary school students.The society’s differential treatment and understanding of manual labor and mental labor,the biased concept of family labor,and most schools pursue scores and enrollment rate too much,pay attention to the development of intellectual education,which leads to the lack of overall understanding of labor among primary school students,which is not conducive to them to establish a correct concept of labor.In the new era,the party and the government attach great importance to the educational value of labor.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era" clearly pointed out that students should be guided to establish a correct view of labor.Therefore,paying attention to and studying the current primary school students’ view of labor,and earnestly strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of the primary school students’ view of labor is not only crucial to the all-round development of primary school students,but also conducive to guiding them to advocate labor,respect labor,and understand the greatness of labor.At the same time,experience the beauty of labor,arouse the love for the working people,and enhance the sense of responsibility and mission.Based on this,the study elaborates the concepts of labor,labor concept,and primary school students’ labor concept and related theoretical basis by sorting out the existing research results.And taking the primary school students in grades 1-6 of D primary school in T city as the research object,starting from the development characteristics and the factors that affect the primary school students’ view of labor,the questionnaire survey and interview methods are used to analyze the current status of the cultivation of primary school students’ view of labor.Judging from the results of the questionnaire survey and interview,the school has achieved certain results in cultivating the primary school students’ concept of labor by infiltrating the concept of labor in subject teaching,carrying out various forms of labor activities,and adopting reasonable evaluation methods,primary school students have a correct value judgment and a good labor attitude.However,there are still problems in the cultivation of the concept of labor,such as lack of overall understanding of the concept of labor among primary school students,the biased cognition of the concept of labor in the family,the insufficient dominance of labor education in schools,and the insufficient attention to the cultivation of the concept of labor in the community.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the above primary school students’ concept of labor,this paper mainly analyzes the reasons from four levels:individual,family,school and community.By analyzing the problems and reasons of the cultivation of primary school students’ labor concept,the optimization strategy of the cultivation path is proposed from the following aspects: improving the main body,giving full play to the role of social support,school leadership and family foundation;enriching the cultivation of labor concept from the aspects of labor cognition,labor emotion,labor will and labor behavior;innovating the cultivation method,and provide good external conditions for the cultivation of primary school students’ labor concept through multi-channel,multi-carrier and multi-method;optimizing the family,school,social and network environment,and carry forward the main theme of the concept of labor in the new era. |
