The Construction And Optimization Of Teaching Resources In Public Service Platform Of Educational Resources In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of information technology and the integration of Internet and education,basic education has become a new trend in the field of education.In this context,the country vigorously promote the “Three links two platforms”construction,provinces and cities have also begun to build local education resources public service platform,free for teachers and students to provide all kinds of high-quality teaching resources.In this paper,the public service platform of educational resources in Jiangxi Province is taken as the research object.Firstly,the construction of educational resources on the platform and the platform is analyzed,and it is found that the construction of educational resources is the core of the platform construction,at present,some achievements have been made in the construction of teaching resources on the platform,but there are still some problems such as unbalanced construction of teaching resources,untimely updating,insufficient on-line and off-line combination,lack of multiple development and deep integration of the construction of teaching resources.Then,through the method of literature and expert consultation,this paper constructs the teaching resources evaluation index system of Jiangxi Education Resources Public Service Platform from three aspects: Resource Content,resource organization and resource use effect,it is further subdivided into 9 secondary indicators and 27 tertiary indicators.Then,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the indicators in the index system,the final score is 84.44 points,the evaluation of “Good”.Finally,according to the evaluation results,four suggestions are put forward for the construction of teaching resources of public service platform of educational resources in Jiangxi Province: Professional Team and resources“Integrable-ware”go hand in hand to enhance the effect of using resources;To improve the richness of resources,to improve the quality of resources through individuation and innovation,and to establish the feedback mechanism of resources to ensure the sustainable development of resources.This study provides a theoretical and practical basis for the construction of teaching resources on the public service platform of educational resources in Jiangxi Province,and plays a guiding role in the optimization of teaching resources.
