In senior high school education and teaching,senior three students are the object of concern of the school and society.Its learning management effect reflects the students’ self-management level and the participation of teachers and families.Taking M middle school in a city as an example,this paper studies the current situation of senior three students’ autonomous learning management,teachers and family management students’ learning through interview,questionnaire survey and teaching observation.It is found that students have some problems,such as insufficient internal motivation and insufficient ability to choose learning content;Teachers are laissez faire in managing students’ learning,emphasizing skill training over pressure relief,emphasizing academic achievement over students’ reality;There are some problems in the family,such as paying too much attention to scores,insufficient effective parent-child communication,and low home school participation.In this regard,this paper puts forward educational countermeasures to strengthen the learning management of senior three students,hoping to promote the learning management of senior three students,improve the learning effect of students,and provide reference for the education and teaching of senior three students.Students are the main body of learning management.Teachers and families are important participants in senior three students’ learning and have the responsibility of managing students’ learning.Therefore,to strengthen the learning management of senior three students,the key is to cultivate students’ ability of independent learning and self-management;Secondly,improve the concept of teachers’ modern educational management;Finally,promote home school cooperation and form a joint force of management and education. |
