In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching.Among many emerging technologies,augmented reality(AR)technology has emerged in the field of education with its advantages of combining virtual and real,and real-time interaction,and is favored by researchers.Education researchers,including educators,front-line teachers,and engineers in the field of education,have applied augmented reality(AR)technology to the teaching classrooms of basic subjects,in order to improve students’enthusiasm for learning,innovate classroom teaching methods,and help my country’s education cause.On the other hand,the rapid development of science and technology has put forward new requirements for the scientific literacy of every contemporary citizen.The development of a person’s scientific literacy largely depends on early science education.The responsibility of cultivating students’scientific literacy[1].Therefore,the application of augmented reality technology to science classrooms has broad prospects for development.In view of this,this research takes the textbook version of the sixth grade of primary school science"Solar System"as the starting point,and designs and develops a primary school science AR educational game based on Unity 3D technology.First of all,the author analyzes and summarizes the research status of educational games,educational games and scientific education on the basis of reading a large number of literature related to educational games.Secondly,under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,immersion theory,and situational cognitive learning theory,through preliminary visits and investigations,we understand the needs of teachers and students,summarize the current teaching status of primary school science,and have a good understanding of the application of AR educational games in primary school science classrooms.feasibility was analyzed.Taking the sixth grade"Solar System"as the teaching content,the teaching objectives,learner characteristics analysis etc.were carried out,and then the design and development of the primary science AR educational game was completed.Finally,the developed AR educational game is applied to teaching practice.The author selects two parallel classes in the sixth grade of a primary school in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province for experimental research.After the teaching practice,the learning effect of the students in the two classes was analyzed by means of a classroom test,and a questionnaire survey was used to measure the students’attitudes and opinions on AR educational games and introducing educational games into the science classroom.Through research,it has been proved that it is feasible to introduce AR games into science classrooms.AR educational games can create a combination of virtual and real,and vivid teaching situations,enrich the presentation methods of primary school science classrooms,and have a positive effect on improving students’learning enthusiasm and learning effect.It provides a new teaching idea and method for primary school science education and teaching. |
