| In recent years,with the rising divorce rate,family recombination is becoming more and more common and has become an important topic of social concern.Compared with other types of families,the contradictions and conflicts in reorganized families tend to be more and more complex,which is closely related to the communication and interaction between members.By means of in-depth interview method,case study method and text analysis method,this study takes 17 reorganized families and the program "Gold Medal Mediation" launched by Jiangxi satellite TV as the research object,and summarizes the communication rules and communication countermeasures within reorganized families.The results show that the reorganized families are faced with challenges such as unclear role of communication,stereotype of members and society,and diversified pressure sources.In terms of communication content,members will inevitably have some daily conversations or snatch family resources.Of course,in order to create a good family atmosphere,some families will also discuss family members’ expectations for family and role,and convey their family commitment in getting along with each other,so as to establish emotional connections among family members.In terms of the communication effect of family reorganization,there are two cases,namely harmonious coexistence within the family and outbreak of family conflict.Finally,on the basis of the above,the paper proposes the communication skills to optimize and reorganize the family communication effect,hoping to achieve the ideal family communication effect through emotional influence,moral and legal constraints,unimpeded communication channels,the establishment of appropriate family ceremonies and family meetings,and the guidance of family opinion leaders. |
