| As our country’s higher education moves from popularization to popularization,the quality of higher education has attracted more and more attention,especially the training quality of undergraduate talents,which has become a core issue in the development of higher education.Looking at the learning situation of undergraduates,it is more common to have weak self-learning awareness and learning burnout.In order to better promote the autonomous learning and self-development of undergraduates,educators need to have a deeper understanding of the learning drive,and it becomes necessary to understand the specific connotation,influencing factors and the relationship between the factors.Based on this,this paper focuses on the specific connotation of learning drive and its influencing factors,and mainly answers three questions:(1)What is the learning drive of undergraduates?(2)What are the main factors that affect the learning drive of undergraduates and what is the relationship between the various factors?(3)What is the guiding role of the model of influencing factors of undergraduates’ learning drive on the education and teaching practice of improving undergraduates’ learning drive? To this end,this study sorts out and summarizes the related literature on learning drive,and clarifies the connotation and extension of learning drive.Using the grounded theory method to conduct in-depth interviews with 32 undergraduate students,repeatedly comparing and refining categories from the rich original interview materials,analyzing the typical relationships between categories,and constructing a preset model about the influencing factors of undergraduate students’ learning drive.On this basis,the corresponding questionnaire was designed,and based on the large sample data,the structural equation model was used for analysis,and the preset model and correlation hypothesis were tested.The main conclusions include: ability and values,perceived autonomy,challenging stressors,learning situations,and management services are the main influencing factors of undergraduate students’ learning drive.Among them,ability and values,perceived autonomy are the key influencing factors,Significantly positively predicted learn drive and played an important mediating role in the process by which challenging stressors,learning situations and management services affected learn drive.According to the empirical analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward:improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and guide the realization of students’ value;strengthen teaching autonomy support to enhance students’ sense of self-control;optimize learning evaluation methods and enhance students’ sense of self-efficacy;student-centered philosophy;reasonable use of challenging pressure to stimulate students’ learning potential. |
