| With the development of the times and the progress of society,Higher education in our country has entered the stage of popularization.While higher education is popularized and universalized,there are also problems of talent cultivation quality,and how to improve the quality of talent training has become one of the theoretical and practical problems concerned by our country at present.Learning transfer ability is an important part of college students’ training,and it is of great significance to cultivate college students with learning transfer ability.However,under the current higher education system,the cultivation of talents is still inadequate,and the cultivation of learning transfer ability is neglected,and relatively little attention is paid to the law of college students’ learning transfer.Therefore,Exploring the law of college students’ learning transfer has research value.This study takes the learning transfer ability of college students and its influencing factors as the research object,and conducts a self-administered questionnaire on the learning transfer ability of college students and its influencing factors to survey college students.Through literature review,the concept of learning transfer ability is defined,and three dimensions of students’ learning transfer ability are analyzed: affective transfer,knowledge transfer,and method transfer;The possible influencing factors screened are as follows: teaching content,cultivation method,implicit environment,cognitive structure,and learning input;under the guidance of theories such as institutional influence theory and cognitive structure transfer,the initial model of college students’ learning transfer ability is constructed,After obtaining the data,the regression analysis and structural equation model are used to analyze and verify the data,and the fitting model--the training model of college students’ learning transfer ability is obtained,With the model,the main mechanism of influencing factors of learning transfer ability was found.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the overall level of "learning transfer ability" of college students is high,and the strength of different types of "transfer ability" varies;Second,there are differences in the "transfer ability" of college students from different backgrounds,and participation in innovative projects is conducive to improving learning transfer ability.Third,"teaching content" has a significant impact on "learning transfer ability",but there are still shortcomings in the design of teaching content;Fourth,"learning atmosphere" has a significant impact on "learning transfer ability",and a good "learning atmosphere" is conducive to promoting learning engagement;Fifth,"training methods" have a significant impact on "learning transfer ability".The current feedback mechanism for students is still inadequate;Sixth,cognitive structure is a key element in the development of learning transfer ability,and a good "cognitive structure" is conducive to the development of transfer ability;Seventh,learning input is an important factor affecting learning transfer ability,and it plays a mediating role in the influence of "teaching content"," cultivation method" and "hidden environment" on "learning transfer ability".Based on the results of the survey and empirical analysis,According to the investigation results and empirical analysis,and combined with the actual situation of the training of college students’ learning transfer ability,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the training of college students’ learning transfer ability:First,pay attention to the construction of students’ cognitive structure and improve students’ learning transfer ability;Second,change the concept of classroom teaching and stimulate students’ interest in participating in the classroom;Thirdly,teachers’ evaluation should be emphasized to stimulate the motivation of independent study of college students;Fourth,create learning situation and construct learning environment conducive to the cultivation of learning transfer ability;Fifth,the curriculum system should be optimized to cultivate the practical ability of college students. |
