Test anxiety is a common and unavoidable problem among high school students.The level of achievement motivation will affect the test anxiety of senior high school students,and time management ability will also affect the test anxiety.In order to investigate the influence mechanism of time management tendency on achievement motivation and test anxiety,and to help high school students relieve test anxiety,this study adopts questionnaire survey method,with the help of three scales,namely Time Management Tendency Scale,Test Anxiety Scale and Achievement Motivation Scale,550 students from one to three senior high schools in Zhejiang Province were randomly selected,and 531 valid questionnaires were obtained.AMOS24 and SPSS26 software were used to process the obtained data,and descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods were used to verify the research hypothesis.The results showed that:(1)High school students scored higher on test anxiety and time management tendency,and negative on achievement motivation.(2)There are gender differences in high school students’ test anxiety.The level of girls’ test anxiety is higher than that of boys.(3)High school students’ achievement motivation negatively affects test anxiety;Time management tendency negatively affects test anxiety;Achievement motivation positively influences time management tendency.(4)Time management tendency plays a mediating role between achievement motivation and test anxiety in high school students.It can be concluded that:(1)High school students have high level of test anxiety,strong time management ability and low achievement motivation.(2)Gender difference will affect individual test anxiety level.(3)Improving achievement motivation and enhancing time management ability can effectively relieve test anxiety.(4)Achievement motivation can reduce test anxiety by improving time management skills. |
