| After General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and the State Council proposed the "double reduction" policy in 2021,life safety and health were incorporated into teaching materials,aiming to reduce students’ workload and create a good education ecology.By extending after-school service hours,holding colorful activities to enrich students’ learning time,focusing on students’ life literacy,and improving after-school service level.Thus,the state attaches importance to the development of extra-curricular activities in school life education.In this study,F primary school was the research subject,and took the research methods of questionnaire and interview.By analyzing the results showed that school life education in extracurricular activities has received a positive response.The case school holds distinctive educational activities and subject teachers strengthen the infiltration consciousness of life education,and teachers and students to have a clear understanding of life education extracurricular activities.At the same time,there are many problems in the management of school activities.Such as lacking of time to organize life education activities,single form of experience,monotonous theoretical content,the extracurricular resources are scarce.And the causes of the problems lie in being deficient in democratic participation in the activity management plan,the system construction is short of scientificity,the evaluation lacks validity,and the system lacks integrity.All these reflected that the management strategy of school life education extracurricular activities needs to be improved.Through analyzing the management status of life education extracurricular activities in case school,in light of the issues revealed by the scientific research,based on the total quality management theory,it clearly studies the extracurricular activities system of life education in primary school,Including the construction of the management objectives,principles,contents and forms of extra-curricular activities of life education.as well as to ensure life education extra-curricular activities program functions,strengthen the executive function,improve the evaluation function,and make suggestions for improving feedback function management.by determining the planning function,strengthening the executive function,improving the evaluation function,and improving the feedback function guarantee the practical effect.Embodying the education ideology of student oriented,students as the foundation,as well as improving the life education of primary school students,to achieve the"Three Comprehensive Management" of comprehensiveness,whole process and full participation,enriching the significance and the practical value of the activities.In the process of extracurricular activities management,promoting the linkage of multiple subjects to participate in school activities,put the research theory of the activity system into the practical operation of the case school,and continuously optimize the management countermeasures,improve the quality of management repeatedly,in order to meet the needs of primary school students’ life activities,release the nature of primary school students’ life growth,and comprehensively plan extracurricular activities that satisfy the primary school students.Forming a multi-dimensional education grid,setting up the pattern of teachers’ life feelings,strengthen the construction of event management team,working together to promote the improvement of the management level of school education activities,in order to make education set sail from life,and continuously expand students’ life horizons. |
