With the continuous deepening of urbanization process in my country,in order to improve and increase their family income and seek better development of individuals and families,more and more surplus rural laborers choose to bring their children to the city to work or start a business with them.Therefore,there are a group of children who migrate with their parents,and the education of these children has become an issue that cannot be ignored in the process of new urbanization.Although the national enrollment policy of " two main and two included " meets the compulsory education of children who migrate with their parents,however,because of the limitations of family concept and educational level,there are still many problems in home-school co-education,for example,parents lack the awareness of positive communication with teachers,parents are too busy on work to take care of their children,and parents are backward in educational concepts.These problems seriously affect the intellectual and physical development of children who migrate with their parents.There are the two most important aspects of education that affect the healthy growth of children,family education and school education.Only by cooperating with each other between home and school to form a joint force can the educational effect be maximized.The author has been engaged in educational work in urban primary schools in M County for many years.During the work,it is found that many urban primary schools in M county have many problems in home-school co-education,and some problems even affect the normal education and teaching order of the school.In order to achieve a better situation of home-school co-education,based on the current situation of home-school co-education of children who migrate with their parents,under the background of new urbanization in M County,and combined with my own years of education and teaching practice as a foundation,the author mainly investigates and studies parents,teachers and schools,through various research methods such as preparing parent questionnaires,teacher questionnaires,reviewing relevant materials and combining interviews,this paper conducts in-depth research on the problem of home-school co-education of children who migrate with them in M County,and from four aspects of teachers,parents,schools and society,analyze and expound the problem of home-school co-education of children who migrate with their parents in M County,and explore the cause of the problem.Then,based on the obtained causes of the problems,combined with the urbanization characteristics of M County,teachers and family conditions to put forward targeted countermeasures,and strive to build a harmonious home-school co-education model,guide parents to actively participate in school education,and form a home-school joint force,build a better future for children together.
