Sports education model is a sports education curriculum and teaching model initiated by American physical education expert Siedentopu in 1968.It refers to athlete training methods and carries out middle school curriculum teaching.It plays a unique role in helping students develop sports habits,increase sports skills,strengthen team spirit and form a lifelong view of sports.After decades of teaching practice,it has been widely recognized in many countries and regions in the world.Sports education model is a new teaching method to strengthen students’ experiential learning,highlighting students’ development as the main body,respecting every student,no matter what their innate qualifications are,they can find their own position in the learning process.This teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in team study and exploration study to a great extent,and carries out the teaching concept of developing students’ comprehensive quality.Its implementation process has obvious characteristics of experiential,role-oriented and strong operability,which has very important reference significance for China’s physical education reform.Martial arts is held in this paper,the sports education mode for high school teaching effect as a subject,the influence of fuyang city in anhui province the fifth middle school second grade high school students as the research object,the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method,on the basis of combining with questionnaire investigation,literature search,expert interview,case study,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,Explore whether there is difference in the teaching effect between sports education mode and conventional teaching mode on wushu gymnastics course of senior high school students.The application of sports education mode has changed the traditional PE teaching mode of "teachers teach,students learn",endowed students with more initiative and more time in class,and enhanced the enthusiasm of middle school students for sports activities in and out of class.The results are as follows:(1)After the introduction of sports education mode in wushu exercise teaching for senior high school students,wushu exercise skill level,body posture,wushu exercise quality,wushu exercise rhythm,wushu exercise formation,wushu exercise performance and other aspects of mastery have obtained significant advantages.Generally speaking,the adoption of sports education mode in wushu aerobics teaching classroom is conducive to the improvement of students’ wushu aerobics skills,and greatly improves students’ enthusiasm in learning wushu aerobics.To a certain extent,it also helps in-service teachers improve the theoretical system and reconstruct classroom practice.Generally speaking,the above teaching experiments provide a systematic channel for the curriculum reform of martial arts,gymnastics and other sports events,and clarify the impact of sports education mode on campus sports events.(2)After the introduction of sports education mode in wushu gymnastics teaching for high school students,the experimental results show that the mean score of students’independent learning interest in the experimental group is much higher than that in the control group.In the teaching process,the methods of team alliance,group cooperation and role allocation in the sports education mode can obviously improve students’ interest in autonomous learning of wushu gymnastics,so that students can devote themselves to the study of sports.(3)After the introduction of sports education mode in wushu gymnastics teaching for high school students,the experimental results show that the mean score of teamwork spirit of students in the experimental group is far better than that of students in the control group.Wushu gymnastics is a kind of team sports.Team grouping in sports education mode can improve students’ team identity and sense of belonging,and has a great promotion effect on enhancing team cooperation consciousness.(4)After high school wushu exercise teaching introduction of sports education model,sports education mode for high school students has no intervening the influence of height and weight,the ZuoWeiTi proneness,pull-ups,sit-ups and other body tissues to demand higher coordination project results significantly,conventional teaching mode to pay more attention to physical exercise,to the student The results of sprint running and endurance running were significantly improved.
