| In the outline for the construction of a sports power issued by the State Council in 19,it was proposed that after China entered the new period,the goal and task of sports work reform and development is to strive to realize the transformation from a sports power to a sports power.China should complete the transformation from a big sports country to a powerful sports country.Giving full play to the advantages of school sports is an indispensable part.In school physical education,gymnastics has rich and comprehensive physical exercise value,but now it is gradually declining.The lack of professional teacher guidance is one of the important reasons.However,with the continuous reduction of the number of hours of Gymnastics Courses in Colleges and universities,these students,as backup gymnastics teachers,need to complete a large amount of learning in a short time.The schoolwork pressure is huge,and they can’t learn enough gymnastics knowledge and skills in a limited time.Objective: through the experimental research on the guidance of inquiry learning method in gymnastics curriculum,this study explores the application form of inquiry learning method guidance in gymnastics curriculum;Verify the positive impact of inquiry learning guidance on the learning of College Gymnastics General Courses,and provide practical methods for the learning guidance of gymnastics and even physical education classroom.This paper uses the methods of literature and expert interview to improve the theoretical framework and enrich the theoretical knowledge,and collects and arranges the data on the impact of inquiry learning guidance on students’ autonomous learning behavior and course performance in Gymnastics General Course by means of questionnaire survey,experimental research and mathematical statistics.Results: after the whole 14 week experimental cycle,compared with the control class,the experimental class had significant differences in motor cognition in various indexes reflecting the teaching effect(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in physical fitness;There were significant differences in negative interest,after-school activities and sports attention in sports learning interest(P < 0.05);There were significant differences in self-worth and the use of cognitive strategies in learning cognitive strategies(P < 0.05);In terms of skill learning,there were significant differences in hanging arm flexion and extension,split leg jump and head hand handstand(P < 0.05),which were better than those in the control class.Conclusion:(1)inquiry learning guidance in gymnastics course is to guide students to "what is it?" "Why?" "How?" Such a program in line with the law of skill learning to complete the learning of new teaching skills and the analysis and correction after movement failure,so as to deepen the students’ understanding of learning content in classroom learning,so as to extend to the efficiency of students’ autonomous learning of new gymnastics skills after class;(2)Inquiry learning guidance can effectively improve students’ Sports Cognition of gymnastics;It can effectively reduce students’ negative emotions about gymnastics,improve their enthusiasm for gymnastics and increase their attention to gymnastics.It can effectively improve students’ recognition of the value of gymnastics and the application of gymnastics knowledge and skills in learning and life;(3)Gymnastics can significantly improve students’ upper limb strength and flexibility;(4)Students are more afraid of the horizontal bar and vault than the free exercise and parallel bars.The learning guidance course makes students have a more systematic and profound understanding of gymnastics movements,which can effectively overcome their fears,train more efficiently and complete the movements better;(5)Inquiry learning guidance can effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability and make them better complete the autonomous learning of new movements. |
